Kinda upset with this branch… went in to get a new debit card because my current one is set to expire in March, and the lady I spoke with closed my card without a fair warning. The only warning she provided me was that my card # would change. Now I’m without a card and can’t buy groceries/food for a week. I’ve had my card change before and not one employee has ever had to close my current card. I’d avoid coming to this branch in general to be honest.

This branch gave me one of the best bureaucratic experiences I've ever had. I got a legal name change and have had to change my name on IDs, cards, accounts, imagine every account you've ever created and every organization you have ever joined, I have to change my name everywhere. Most places make you jump through endless hoops of paperwork, make mistakes on forms, and delay the process over and over again. Not this Chase branch. The branch manager, Maricela, was so welcoming and explained exactly what I needed to do and what documents to bring to the bank to change my name on my cards and accounts. She was knowledgeable about the process, which makes it so much easier when I don't have to educate someone on how they can help me. The banker I met with, Kathy, was equally kind and competent. She even congratulated me on completing so many difficult tasks in my name-change process! She finished my paperwork within five minutes, she joked and laughed with me, and she made me feel safe, respected, and valued. I can't thank Maricela and Kathy enough.

This location has never failed to give me the best customer service. Busy, packed wall to wall, or empty, I have never not experienced professionalism and kindness from any other locations. The manager is phenomenal, and always helps out when needed! 10/10

I like this bank overall. But they definitely need more staff. I've called at multiple times throughout the day and days of the week. I can't never get an answer. But from what I hear Chase Corporate wants to remove all staff from banks and make it automated with ATM machines. I can't see this being a good idea at all. How does someone see about opening an account, getting a loan, etc.

This is the bank the company I work for does business with, and the employees here are so helpful every time I am here for work. There are a lot of angry people that come in and yell at the employees that work here (see the ridiculous one-star reviews below), but everyone does the best they can to help these irritating customers. Will it be busy when you come? Probably. But the employees are nice and really do try to help despite being located in a busy part of town.
