Literally the worst bank branch in the city. I've been with this bank for nearly 30 years. Things have only gotten progressively worse, as the customer service has greatly diminished over the decades. Apparently, closing all the windows and waiting for over 30 minutes is "evolving with the customers needs. " This is no longer a bank branch. This is an indoor ATM station. Any other choice would be better.

By far the fastest and most efficient Chase Ive ever been to. The workers are extremely friendly and execute their jobs at the highest level. Thank you staff stay on doing a terrific job.

This branch is as useless as it gets, they can't print out cards for you, and when they do order them, they're never delivered within the time frame promised.

Up until now I've been pretty happy with chase. I went in last month and applied for a new debit card with my new last name on it. The whole process took about a half hour. Staff needed to figure out how to give me a new card with new last name and the original card number. I signed all the paper work and was told I'd receive my card in 3 to 5 business days. It's been more then 2 weeks. I've called for days and no one answers the phone. Called customer service line and the request was NEVER put through for the new card. Do better chase.

This is the slowest bank on the face of the earth. There are 8 teller windows and rarely are there even two tellers working. They are slow, unfriendly and have ZERO customer service. Avoid this branch at all costs!

They're rude & lazy. I didn't want to go through the atm because i am a female by myself. & needed to deposit a lot of cash. I went inside & the lady wanted me to count $800 worth in cash. But when i go to other chase locations, they take my money and put it in a machine that counts it. This location is close to me but I'd rather drive extra to not deal with that.

Very busy today. It was like Graham Central Station. I did the drive thru ATM. Not a long wait at all.

Arranged for a phone meeting with a banker through the Chase website. Received a confirmation email with the banker's name, stating that she will be calling us the next morning at 9am. The next morning rolls around and we receive no phone call. We finally call at 9:40am to see what's up, and she states that "it's almost 10am now, and her schedule is full for the day, so we will have to reschedule." Okay...not happy but maybe there was an error with the phone scheduling system. We set up another in-person appointment with her for the next morning (today) at 9am. The next morning comes, we are there when the bank opens and are greeted by an employee. We ask to see her, and the employee comes back and tells us that she is out sick. On top of that, she never actually scheduled an appointment for us, despite confirming several times that she would be in this morning at 9am to meet with us, so now there is no one to meet with and every other banker's schedule is full for the day. No notification to let us know that she was out and had to reschedule, and more importantly, she never even made an actual appointment in the first place. I would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely unacceptable.
