This review applies to ALL Chase branches. Avoid their CDs! The most consumer unfriendly policies including: -You must come in IN PERSON if you don't want to renew your CD. Every other financial institution I deal with allows phone calls, emails, letters, etc. -The interest is not posted until the CD matures. This meant for me ALL interest was posted in 2024, raising my 2024 taxes artificially. Every other financial institution I deal with posts CD interest monthly. -Once my CD expired, they showed an "overdraft" of money on the CD account even though it had been closed. 20 minutes on the phone with the 800# and they could not figure it out so they "escalated" it to another department which never picked up the phone. I don't have endless hours to deal with such nonsense. Again, avoid Chase CD products at all costs.

I had just gotten on SSI and I went to open an account with Chase. The baker who helped me, his name is Kyle, was absolutely phenomenal in helping me every step of the way. If I have to speak to one of the tellers, they are always friendly and knowledgeable about any issue. I deposit money, I get money. So many thanks were helping me out Chase.

Bank location includes an 7x24 hour ATM, which was operational. But the Google Maps info site does not indicate an ATM is present, nor does Google allow me to suggest including that key fact as an edit.

Staff rushed my service and did not help me resolve my issue. The lead banker abruptly requested that my staff member stop working with me for another customer. The lead banker did not offer to resolve my issue. It was disrespectful.I went to another chase in Hamilton County that resolved my problem quickly and respectfully. I will not go to this branch for to speak to a banker again. The ATM works well. The staff does not.

This is my preferred branch to go to for all my easy banking needs, but their male personal bankers are so obnoxious. It is a total guys club. I’ve had to sit and wait (and on occasion, with a child) for extended periods of time while a banking manager talked about sports to another patron. He knew I was there. It did not matter. This wasn’t an isolated occurrence, it’s anytime I need to speak to someone other than a teller. I give up after 10-15 minutes and drive to the branch in Broad Ripple off of Westfield Blvd. I have decided to just give up on this branch even though it is the Closest to me. Infuriating that my time and and banking mean so little. Horrible customer service, if you’re not a man.

This is based on my experience. Been banking here for years, but corporate is treating me like it does not matter. Was double charged for a stove for $620.29 on March 5 that we were purchased from Lowes. This happened because we used Samsung pay and the cashier stated it did not go through. We then used our debit card. The next day we saw the double charge. Called the bank on March 6, the bank representative did a three call with Lowes accounting which confirmed that we only bought one stove and not two. The bank representative promptly removed the second charge. We thought this was done until yesterday, May 3rd when the second charge reappeared. We again promptly called the bank which we transferred to 4 different people whom seemed to careless and seem to forget and seem not to understand that it was a double charge and that we called and handled this two months ago. They stated this could take up to 2 weeks all the while my account is negative and I am unable to purchase medicine for my type 1 diabetic son and pay for bills. Please note this review is more for corporate Chase. The people at the physical bank have been polite and friendly when doing minor transactions such deposits or withdrawals.

Staff is competent, friendly and work as efficiently as possible. Tellers are prompt. The most important thing was & is that the managers are very thorough. Recommended.

You'd better be wearing a suit when you go to this branch to bank. Every single time I go to this branch the tellers are rude, unhelpful, and will do the bare minimum to get you out the door. Have nine dollars in quarters to deposit? Better come back when you have another dollar. The only time they were decent to me was after a funeral when I was in a suit.
