Tommy was amazing and very helpful in showing us the property and answered any question that we had. Very professional and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new place in Indy.

All these stars go to Curineia. I visited Circa and was given a tour by Curineia. She was very friendly and answered all my questions. Comparing to the rest of the showing experiences, I felt Curineia was genuinely trying to help me find the perfect place. The apartments are chic, lobby area is beautiful and they have a high tech security system. I did not end up signing a contract with them due to my budget. However, this pleasant experience has made Circa to be on top of my list. I will return when I can afford living there.

I had a great time living at Circa for my time spent in Indianapolis. My apartments kitchen was beautiful and spacious and the community was great to be around. I also thought Tommy, the property manager, helped me out greatly by working with me to find new roommates to cover my lease once I needed to move away from Indy!

I’ve been here since July and it’s been great! I love the staff here they are all super friendly and helpful, which is even better having a dog. They go out of their way to say hello everyday which is very hard to find especially downtown. The amenities are great and the location is perfect.

I went on a tour of the apartments with their leasing associate Curineia and she was amazing! She customized the tour specific to my needs and went above and beyond to answer all my questions while make me feel right at home. Great apartments and amenities!

I lived here for 2 years and in that time, I had to submit 20+ service requests for things that were broken or working incorrectly. The only good thing about the apartment is the location. There are better places to live downtown, and I would highly discourage anyone from moving in to Circa.• The staff were unprofessional with very slow response times. They were curt and their emails were riddled with grammar errors. Often times, they only answered a single portion of the correspondence and ignored the rest. These errors made me doubt their ability to even comprehend the situation. Most of my interactions with them led to unsatisfactory conclusions.• I had to go several months without A/C during the summer because Circa did not respond to the maintenance request. When they finally did, it still took them a month to get it fixed.• They left my bathroom in an absolute mess for over a month because of a leak upstairs. It was in a completely unusable state. They forced me to maintain a very loud fan on at all times and the A/C set to a low temperature to “dry it out”.• The parking lot is not safe. There were several instances of break-ins into vehicles and Circa’s only response was “don’t leave valuables in your car”. I did not have any valuables, but my window was still smashed in.• Circa does not do a good job of cleaning the apartment before move-in. There was pet hair everywhere that had to be vacuumed and the non-carpeted floors were disgusting.• The package room was always a mess. It takes a very long time to find a package because it is so disorganized.• Absolutely poor communication from the staff on projects. They would close parts of the parking lot or sidewalk with little to no notice.• Appliances are old and function poorly. The dishwasher did not work well, and they refused to replace it.• The water is very hard. It leaves stains everywhere and ruins your personal equipment. You have to constantly descale or clean your personal appliances to make sure it still works.• The overall construction quality of the apartment is poor. The doors are not square, the walls are not square, poor paint job, paint stains on the carpet, broken blinds, staples/nails sticking out of carpet, water stains etc.• They installed speedbumps that are way too high and constantly damage the underside of people’s cars. You can clearly see the scrapes on the speed bumps.• There is no flexibility in transitional situations. Their month-to-month rates were 3x higher than their already overpriced standard monthly rates.

Thomas was super helpful throughout the whole process. It was super easy and it got me so excited to be here. I immediately felt like I was in a good community from working with the people here on my moving process!

Circa was one of our favorite options in Indy but we ended up picking another apartment complex. I, however, am adding this review to tell about our great experience with their leasing agent, Tommy. We saw several apartments in Indy and got to meet many leasing agents but none of the experiences was even close to working with Tommy. He is a professional and very great at his job. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us options that matched exactly what we were asking for. He knew the complex very well and patiently helped without overwhelming us. One thing that made him different from our other experiences was that he didn’t make us feel like he is tricking us to just sign a lease. Circa was the close second option and it’s unfortunate that we don’t get to meet Tommy on a regular basis.

I have so many words. I was looking forward to living in a place right on mass. The unit itself when we toured looked reasonably nice for the price. But DO NOT LIVE HERE. For the first 3 months, our in-unit washer was broken and maintenance wouldn’t fix it for monthsss! It turns out they were taking parts from other unvacated units to fix problems in other units. So when we moved in our washer had a lot of missing parts and they took their sweet time ordering the proper parts. They towed my roommate’s car in the garage in a parking spot she pays for and her parking pass was clearly visible. And my last straw was I was making coffee using their coffee machine in the main office (where the gym/mail/package room is) and a literallll mouse comes out of the machine while I’m brewing coffee. I tell management within the hour because I didn’t want anyone else, including them, using the machine knowing a mouse was literally inside of it. And they didn’t respond, didn’t tell anyone else…3 hours later I walked past the building and saw a group of people drinking coffee from that machine. Super messed up in my opinion.

I signed a 16-month lease in early 2022 and it was a no-brainer to renew this past week. The way Property Manager, Emily Walker, and Leasing Manager, Thomas Cochran, streamline everything from any issues on property to renewing my lease is a testament to JVM as a whole and should be the example for other properties in Indianapolis.Thank you for everything you do, it definitely does not go unnoticed. God bless!

Location is great and unit was average, but I have never experienced more frustration with a management company. Parking is ridiculous- $125 for surface lot with zero protection. When it was time to renew, units identical to mine were listed for $1800, but they only offered me a rate of $2600 and refused to allow me to pay the lower price, leading me to move out after fighting with management. Every month I would get an email that I would be getting a $50 charge because I didn't have renter's insurance, even though I had emailed them my forms multiple times. They messed up my lease and had my guarantor listed as a resident for the entirety of my lease despite me asking them to fix it. They charged me $75 after move-out for carpet cleaning because "you shouldn't be able to see vacuum lines if the carpets were shampooed". The frustration is not worth it for average units with average amenities.

Rented sight unseen from out of state and had a smooth move in process. Amazing management team. The events monthly are fantastic and so much fun. Dog park is well maintained. Walking distance to bottleworks and mass ave makes it really convenient.

Poor management who lacks communication skills. Apartments are a bit older so some of the in home amenities don’t work properly as they should. Maintenance request could take up to two weeks to be resolved. Security doors to enter buildings are constantly broken and unable to use. Location is great, that’s about it.
