Tried to walk in at 8:47 pm on 1/21/25 to get something, door locked, and the cashier just looks at me and shakes his hand that they are closed while he’s ringing up a customer
Absolutely ridiculous when you clearly close at 9 pm
Quit letting your employees clock out so early stealing company time and serve your customers

Their parking lot is a slippery & sloppy mess! Despite having had 4 clear days since a heavy snowfall…they haven’t bothered to plow their public parking lot?! Customers (including the elderly & young children)….must now wade thru dangerous ice and heavy slush just to pump gas or reach the front door. Inexcusable.

I bought ''toGOODtoGO'' and was ready to pick it up, but the employee complately did not care about me. He said that he does not have any food to offer and cannot give me my money back. He said to contact someone from the app, but in a really unfriendly manner. I requested to speak with his manager but he did not want to give me any contact information.

So to the people who have issues
First they have closed at 9 PM for some years now.... Google maps says it closes at 9
They stopped letting y'all use the restroom because you all trash it and someone was caught using needles in the bathroom and left it looking like a murder scene.
They have a sign stating that they don't have a public restroom so don't try to blast them without telling everyone everything.
I used to work at this location and I never had a customer that had an issue

Employees have horrible attitudes. Have also closed off the public restroom with a hand made sign that says no public can use it. I go to many Circle Ks and they have huge "RESTROOM" lettering above them to let the PUBLIC know where the restroom is, yet this one seems to think putting a handmade sign on the door for just employees is okay.👎 Didn't buy anything for this reason.

The inside and outside the fine establishment is dirty. The prices are usually high and the customer services really good.

This abrupt closure not only inconvenienced me but also contradicted the trust I had placed in the reliability of this establishment.The early closure not only disrupted my plans but also left me stranded without essential supplies. I had specifically made a detour to Circle K to grab some snacks and refuel my vehicle after a long day. To my dismay, I was met with darkness and locked doors, forcing me to seek alternatives elsewhere.What exacerbated my disappointment was the lack of any prior notice or signage indicating the early closure. It felt like a betrayal of trust, as if Circle K didn't value its customers' time or loyalty. As a customer, I expect transparency and communication regarding any changes to operating hours, especially when it significantly impacts my convenience.Moreover, this incident reflects poorly on Circle K's commitment to customer service. Closing early without valid justification demonstrates a disregard for the needs of its patrons. Whether it was due to staffing issues or unforeseen circumstances, Circle K should have taken proactive measures to inform customers and mitigate any inconvenience caused.Furthermore, this experience raises concerns about consistency and reliability. If Circle K can close early on a whim without warning, how can customers trust its advertised hours in the future? Came here at 9:30 and the inside was already closed. It says 10 pm is when it closes.

The employee that was there just assisted an elderly lady put air in her nearly flat tire. That deserves a 5 star in my book. Thank you for being a kind human being.

Don't expect to be able to air up more than one of your tires. They set the pressure on the pump to fill very slowly. They are scamming us.
