Had a super bad experience here. Went to go get nails done for my engagement. My nails were natural and a shape I liked and all even in length. I told them I wanted French. She cut nails uneven in shape and size and made a few of them too short to look good in french. I don’t do acrylics I only like natural nails so this was bad bcuz it ruined my chance to get my nails done way I wanted for engagement photos. I tried to stick it out through appointment since she already didncutical removal but when I asked to do colors because nails were too short, the color she brought out was too orange and I asked for another color and I went up and looked and same problem. She said try other brand if it’s too peachy and had an attitude about it. None of colors were what i wanted and at this point I was really upset because the vision I had for engagement nails of a beautiful French manicure on natural nails was ruined so I just said this isn’t going to work out and left. She had audacity to chase me into parking lot and demand I pay for mannicure. Rude and ruined my chance for engagement nails that I wanted. Will never be returning.

Went here with my mom and friend and had the best pedicure experience. THEY HAVE WINE! Amongst other soft drinks. DeeDee did my pedicure and we had great convo. She wasn't heavy handed like I usually experience and didn't file down my skin. I'll definitely be back

Poor quality products. Dip nails chipped after a few days. Went and got them fixed and literally 3 days later already chipped again. I don't have time to go to a nail salon every week. This place is unreliable.

I really use to love going here when it was Classy Nails. I have lost interests in this place my wife and I due to the prices. A man should never have to pay as much as a woman in this place. We all know most men don't get manicures and pedicures like women, but still have to pay just as much. SMH !!!

My normal nail lady moved on me and I could not get a hold of her.Went to this nail shop and they where great. I was fitted in right away. Beautiful job on my pedicure and Medicure. No complaints will come again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE PLACE! HORRIBLE PEOPLE..... PERIODT! The lady gave up on doing my pedicure before my feet even hit the water. Telling me that she would not be able to make me happy because I wanted a design. They have NO mood color nail polish and they're very argumentative. I told the lady what I wanted exactly 4 times and she refused to touch my feet until I changed what i wanted to a more simplistic basic set for her. All this over doing a design that the website advertised that the ppl in the salon would be able to do but false advertising. This woman told me that she couldn't help me until I gave up on wanting a design all together an still tried to over charge for unsatisfactory work. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. #INDYNAILS
