I was here in Indianapolis playing a tournament and broke my club and needed it for tomorrow. I thought I would be without a 6 Iron for the rest of the week but I went in Club Champion just hoping to get it back the next morning. They fixed it in 15 mins, great service, and an overall extremely great experience.

Just an absolutely incredible experience with Tim. Such a stand up gentleman that went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. Will definitely be back and requesting his services as everyone should. Awesome place and people.

Joey Simon is the man! I've been playing golf for around 8 years and I've finally decided to get fit for a new driver. Joey was able to analyze my distance, spin, and all of my specs to recommend the best driver/shaft combo for me! I will definitely be back to get his advice in the future!

I thought the process and knowledge related to my fitting experience was great, and I feel like I got fit to the right stuff for me. So based on the fitting itself, they would get 5 stars. If I could take off like .3 stars just for the price, I would, but it’s true that these are the best quality fitters in Indy, you just do have to be serious about your game to pay at this price range!

My fitting experience was very good. Dan was excellent and very knowledgeable when it came to the fitting process and what putter the SAM recommended. I do feel like an hour is fairly rushed for all that I was trying to get accomplished and I felt like I left without the chance to ask all the questions that I came up with. No the fault of the fitter, just the timeframe in which he has to work. The only other issue I have is the timing of the custom build. I was told 7-10 days until I received my club. We are now almost 20 days out from the fitting and I called customer service and he told me to expect it by March 10. I'm no mathematician, but that is a lot longer than 7-10 days.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience at Club Champion recently! I went in for a putter fitting with Joey Simon who was absolutely fantastic! He asked a number of questions to understand my situation, and explained the fitting process in detail before we got started. He ran some testing and showed me the data it registered, explaining everything in detail. We tried nearly every putter they had that fit what I needed; Joey NEVER pushed or pressured anything specific and was truly interested in helping find the putter that fit me best. I ended up with one that I absolutely love, that has instantly shaved several strokes off of my card. I would 100% recommend Club Champion and Joey to anyone looking for a putter fitting, and I’ll definitely be back for future fitting needs!

Matt was an awesome fitter and provided great feedback through the entirety of the fitting. I would highly recommend going to Club Champion for a fitting as it will definitely change your game!

Firstly Joey Simon was terrific! There was an appointment booking mixup partly because of corporate booking process and Google adding a different email address to Club Champion. This is how Joey's day started and he took everthing in stride. Given I had traveled an hour and a half for the fitting he was able too work me in. Joey provided an excellent and very informative experience that didn't feel rushed. Definitely looking forward to working with Joey again!

Had a fitting in May granted I'm a lefty so even though they say they have all kinds of clubs to try I was pretty limited like always for us lefty's, fitting went well so that's not what this low review is about. What the review is about is customer service, I first decided to go with purchasing irons, but I am now thankful I did not order irons with them, i changed my mind because of the old saying "always the Indian, never the arrow" I instead changed my order the very next business day possible (I was fitted on Saturday, they are closed Sunday) I changed the order Monday, I went with a 3 wood instead with an aftermarket shaft almost as expensive as the 3 wood itself (after doing research I could have purchased the shaft elsewhere for about 60 dollars cheaper) I digress, I waited 4-5 weeks for the order to finally be shipped, shipping was fairly quick once it was shipped, excited to come home and check out my new club, PLOT TWIST: I was sent a right handed 3 wood, contacted club champion immediately, you can only contact the headquarters btw not the store you ordered from (weird but alright) told them the issue and was told my fitter would be in touch with me, 3 days later still no response or call back I finally had to text message my fitter because he obviously either didn't get the message or just forgot (okay I get it they are busy) finally he tells me they are making a shipping label to get my club sent back (I've made shipping labels before it does not take 4 days to get a shipping label made) but apparently at club champion it does. I am then told I will have to wait another week and a half to two weeks after they recieve my club back because they have to order the left handed head. Usually when a reputable company screws up they try to be fast and efficient to fix their wrong, BOY WAS I WRONG I felt ignored, unimportant, was hardly ever updated with the process, I had to reach out to recieve any sort of update etc. here we are finally 2 days ago I recieve the right order this time with the left handed head and the after market shaft I ordered, last night I decide to go try my BRAND NEW 3 Wood, I do my usual warm up routine so I don't go in cold and possibly miss hit because I have never owned a 3 wood in my life, I even kept the plastic on on the head so I don't get any real marks on it yet, 4 swings in and my BRAND NEW club head starts rattling... you have got to be kidding me. Now I have to send the club back for a 2nd time because I have no idea what is going on with it. Once I get this club back and I pay off the synchrony credit card I got with club champion, I will never and I mean NEVER step foot into this store again, unless I have to have my club fixed again (which after this process anything is possible now.)

As of today, May 30th, I have not received my full order that was placed on January 2nd from a December 31st fitting. I know things can get backed up, but 5 months is way past reasonable. I paid in full on December 31st. I have had little to no correspondence from Club Champion as I am the one who has to call in for a status update. Based on this, I would not recommend ordering clubs from Club Champion. The fitting itself went well, but little has gone right since. Very poor service.

Joey Simon is the best. He never tried to sell me something that he genuinely didn’t feel would help my game. I’ve been through a full bag fitting and so has my son, and I’ll never go anywhere else for golf equipment. If you’re on the fence about getting fit, take the plunge, Joey will get you on your way to better golf!!

Honestly, it was a great experience. Luke knew his stuff and was great to talk to. The only reason I didn't give a 4 or 5 star is how long it has taken to get my order. I did my fitting / ordering of my clubs on February 4th and I was hoping to have my clubs by my golf trip in May. So far it's a no but fingers crossed they come in within the next week
