They do a great job but I don’t understand their pricing. 2 weeks ago I came in and got a gel manicure for $35 today I came in and got ONLY a polish change for $35. If I knew it was the same price then I would’ve told him a manicure. 🙄 prices are not listed at the store clearly.

I’ve been going around to local nail salons to try to find a good fit for me. My first experience here and they’re wonderful! They did a great job, had good prices, and my nail tech went above and beyond and was so nice! I think I’ve found my fit!

One star they did my nails 3 weeks ago I hated them then I told her twice they were too long she shaved them down and cut them twice they were still long I told her I dealt with eyes I mean do you not get it my nails can’t be long so I’m not going to keep complaining I’ve told you twice ! So anyways it’s 2 weeks I hate my nails I’m ready to go back to get them cut down drastically I mean usually I wait a month for a fill but I couldn’t wait for 2 weeks so they could fix this mess… so as soon as I walk in she says how can I help you I said I need a fill and this was 1/18/25 she said we don’t have time sorry that was it no you can come back in a hour or it’ll be 15m or you have a bit of a wait all she said was we don’t have time so I left and went to ABC nails and I love my nails and when I came in I told them I need a fill and there response was it’ll be 15m okay? And I said okay… maybe treat customers with respect because yall did a bad job anyways then turn around and tell me no I can’t even get service yea u didn’t feel welcomed and I won’t be back thanks

Ask for Susie! Best gel pedicure and gel manicure I’ve had. Great experience and 0 complaints.
Cleanliness: The salon is very well kept and I observed the employees cleaning their stations and are thorough. Very comfortable salon.
Stylist: Susie is a perfectionist and takes the time to make sure everything is just right. Very sweet lady.

I walked in for service. I was asked what I wanted done and some very rude nail tech blurted out we don't have time today with no explanation. The nail tech sitting next to her chimed in with an explanation. Very rude and unprofessional. They take appointments however I will get my service elsewhere!

So came from out of town to visit family needed a nail repair and this place had about 10 people working and because Im black the said they had no one available. It was only 2 people getting services done in the whole shop. The workers as I left started laughing like it was funny. Sad that you would refuse service when clearly you are in a black area as well.

The atmosphere was very relaxing. The service and staff were very polite and kind. gave me 1000% service to my satisfaction. I walked out with a smile. I will return. Thank you, everyone ?

I would ask for a certain person to do my nails but get someone else. I don’t really like is that one person in the salon always makes sure everyone knows my business which I don’t like. She is not quite about it either. Rather loud. This has happened on more than once.

Thi does an excellent job and is a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and friendly. When I’m not sure what I want, she always offers great suggestions. I get a gel manicure and it is always impeccable. I’ve recommended her to friends, and they always thank me!

Initially, I had a fine experience. I had dip nails done here last Friday. I had a nail chip on Monday and another one chip on Tuesday, so I went in on Wednesday ( yesterday ) to have them fixed. ( I get my nails done on a regular basis, and can’t recall that I’ve had multiple nails chip, I think the particular dip brand they used didn’t hold up well ) Also, I am not rough on my hands or nails. Anyway, The girl who sits to the left in the first booth was super sweet and understanding toward me, and happily fixed them. Last night, ANOTHER nail entirely broke off with hardly any force, so I called today to see if there was any availability to fix the nail, and the owner told me they have no availability today or tomorrow to fix my NAIL. My literal NAIL. Like, we are talking a 10 minute fix max. She proceeded to tell me the technician who did my nails was all booked up for the next two days and that she didn’t have anyone else in her salon who was able to fix my nail. Haha. I’ve never heard such a thing in my 20+ years of getting my nails done. It was very cheap and selfish. She could have easily made time in the schedule to quickly have it fixed. She herself could have fixed it. I mean - we are talking about ONE nail. Unfortunately, this young woman’s way of handling this situation was extremely unprofessional, and I will not be returning to this salon. You can’t tell me you don’t have time or that you are all booked up. I’ve been to this salon a handful of times, and I’ve never had to make an appointment. I’ve been able to walk in. If I was calling to get a manicure, I’d bet you’d make the room in your schedule for me. Shame on you for your slimy business practices!
