Walmart on East Washington Street customer service employee was rude as hell and wouldn't help me. The whole time I was trying to talk, she was interrupting me saying she wasn't going to help me, after I waiting in a long line. An other random employee in the isles just completely ignored me. I was just trying to buy a dresser for my children. Don't think I'll be going back to that Walmart anytime soon.

I will NEVER do Walmart grocery pick up again! The entire purpose of doing it was so that I didn’t have to get my newborn out the car in the cold. I placed my order at 2PM for a 7-8 PM pickup. I was emailed at 7:36 and told my order was ready. I am out in the car with my baby and my order has still not been brought to me! This is ridiculous NEVER again

they never have more then 4 register at the most open that's not counting self check out which unless I only have a few items I will not use so if your ok with waiting in a check out line for almost an hour most days try to go somewhere else

some of the most rude associates in layaway,not all but bad bleach hair guy and layaway mgr (?) very rude.no signs to say layaway pickup end at 7,not on receipt or emails either.waited for 3o minutes no line moving at 610,decided to go grab other needed items. Mgr lady (?) holler across customers to ask"What do you want" to me. I responded layaway pickup,she snaps we close at 7. again no where is this time posted. this whole layaway experience from putting items in to trying to pick them up is unbelievable.walmart,you will not get another penny once these items are picked up WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

The store was unnecessarily cold despite the outside weather being just as cold. Numerous electronic carts could not keep their charge, forcing many who are disabled, sick, injured or old having to try to walk around the store themselves or wait for a cart to be freed. Rude cashiers; I was waiting in line for one cashier and just as it was almost my turn, she said "I'm closed!" Well, I was in line the whole time!

I am ashamed of the absolute unprofessionalism in this place! I left everything in my cart and went to Meijer because at least they can call a manager to open up a simple jewelry cage! Smh this place is awful and I can't stand it! My advice take the extra effort and go to Meijer's up the street! In and out and they got me what I needed! Sad this place even exist! I'm baffled this location has gotten any 5 stars at all! Did u pay your staff members to do it because I honestly can't see any other reason why you got them or were they so long ago it doesn't even warrant mentioning? This place is terrible!!
