There was blood on the tray table that was going to be used for my daughter’s procedure. It was cleaned up after I mentioned it but I feel like the space should’ve been cleaned before we were placed in there. Also, why were we placed there? It wasn’t an ED room.

They got me in quick because of my pain level and treated me very well all the way from the triage nurses to the doctor. They made sure I was comfortable and alleviated my pain as quickly as possible before running more tests.

The staff were all very compassionate. Not surprisingly, everyone from the lady who checked me in to the lady who transported me showed a high level of care. I also appreciate that I didn't have to wait as long as I have at other facilities. I had a good experience despite my circumstances.
