Community Hospital North provides exceptional healthcare to north Indianapolis and surrounding areas with a consistent "Patients First" focus. Patients report wonderful and excellent experiences during inpatient stays and outpatient procedures, noting they were taken excellent care of by amazing staff. The doctors, nurses, and all levels of medical and administrative staff are described as personable, professional, superb, and excellent caregivers. Many highlight the comfortable, clean rooms and great food. The facilities and equipment are current and up to date. Specific praise is given for the superb care during childbirth, with needs and wants being listened to and families feeling appreciated. While most feedback is highly positive, some minor issues are noted. These include occasional delays in answering call lights, minor communication errors between surgical and nursing teams regarding postoperative instructions, and the use of excessive styrofoam, with patients suggesting a need for more environmentally-friendly options. A protocol regarding personal medical items was also mentioned as a frustration. Overall, patients describe a place of great care from start to finish.

I had a wonderful experience during my inpatient stay. I have also had many outpatient procedures, and everyone from the administrative staff to all levels of medical staff are amazing. They show up for patients every time.

All the doctors and nurses i had were extremely nice and helpful!! Best hospital I've been to for a procedure yet!!
