Checked in 8am for 12pm appointment they gave a dock right away but they said there’s a driver who has an appointment at 10am if he comes he is a head of you gues what he didn’t show up and they unloaded me in 1hr.thanks for friendly ladies in the office

It was Great, make sure you have your driver's license and the trailer license plate number and state.From North 31 to 465 W to exit 27. South on Michigan, Right on W 86th, Left on Georgetown Rd., left onto 62nd Street, Left onto Guion Rd left to gate.Check in with Guard shack.

Lots of traffic at 5pm residential all around but the facility is very nice room to back into the dock and everyone working there are very professional they know their job

Need trailor license plate.seen at least 3 gates.reffer load tool hwy 62 to Guion rd turn gate 4 than a immediately right for reffers. Pull up to gate I guess it's sensor I don't know got out gate strated opening. Pull through gate go inside get door back up open doors tandems back disconnect red air line. Yard person will bring seal connect red air line pull forward guard will put on seal. Get paperwork verify seal bol might be haz mat leave about 2.5 hours

the company has aplenty space for maneuver but they're very strictly so be ready to have everything on the hand as plate number and pick up number tooI give it two stars because the people whoms wors there shows an actitud for everything..

I’ve picked up at this facility for the last two years. My heart was hurt to find out that Sam in shipping passed away. Rude and nasty lady in the office, also loaders don't distribute load correctly on trailer overweight on drives 500 pounds lucky scales were closed en route.
