Had blood chromium test done , I hate needles , but the nurse was extra cool and knew what she was doing and which made it a good experience!!!

First of all the office staff are ALL friendly and helpful. The nurses/ Drs. are very friendly and warm and make you feel at ease. The ladies are very good at making you comfortable and are always smiling and in a good mood and even have funny things to say and are just plain a joy to be around. The physical therapists are very helpful and care about you as a patient and a person and they really are there to get you better and back to your regular routine in life. It’s too bad I have to meet such wonderful people under these circumstances but it’s great to know that they are there and ready to help anyway they can. Thanks a lot to all and I look forward to my future visits with them!!

This place is bad. Their employee seating, just keep laughing doing nothing but they keep you waiting for 2 hours for Drug testing.

I’m from Ohio I googled Dots med site near me and paid $136 for the test but truly the manner and result of my experience unlike normal ?issued 3 months if you hold class (A)⁉️

Not one person introduced themselves to me - I am a RN and that’s nursing 101. Had a drug screen and physical and still don’t know if it was a nurse or doctor who did the physical. Staff were complaining how short staffed they were and people were unprofessional. Not what I’d expect from a Concentra!!

Not bad. Place is busy, so plan on spending a LOT of time there for a very quick visit. Appointment times don’t mean a thing. But they did take care of my issue.

Took my mother here for what turned out to be a bladder infection. Front desk nurse refused Medicaid card. Took human and refused VA as a secondary because they "don't do secondary insurances and anything humana doesnt cover we were responsible for. Front desk nurse got an attitude when we were questioning her about it and made snide comments.

Wait time was kinda crazy.once you go back to exam. room you'll be waiting. I was there total of 5 hrs to get a knee brace.

Had a work injury to my knee. Very kind and patient doctors. The physical therapists are not only informative and helpful but they also are alot of fun. The people always seem happy and willing to help.
