They do not care about patients. Even though they admitted neglecting to offer options regarding the hospital bed they supplied, when we found out about it, they said "sorry, it's too late to get that option." Do NOT use them!

My husband, Barry Simpson, receives supplies such as pumps, canisters and dressing kit from Cork Medical. I received an invoice for a couple hundred dollars and call to check to see if they put the charges through to our medicare supplement. The women, Ponnishia, that helped me was wonderful. She was kind and professional and helped me. She is certainly in the right profession.

My husband had a bill with them and they did not seem to have a regular billing cycle. He would get a bill for say $38.00 and then maybe a week -week and a half later another bill for say $69.00 and randomly get bills with different amounts. I tried calling them but could never get anyone. I finally sent a note in with the last payment asking for someone to please call me and told them how I didn't think they were conducting themselves in a professional way.they turned the whole bill over t collections instead of calling me and letting me set up some sort of regular payments. Shabby practices.

The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing!!! We have experienced continuous problems where a phone call to one person is not recognized by other people in the company, to the point that they’ve denied previous calls took place. Getting supplies for patients has been excruciatingly difficult necessitating multiple calls and finally having to drive 20 miles to and personally pick them up. I’m at least glad we live this close to corporate. Support throughout this has been miserable. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND

My doctor requested a wound vac to be on stand by in case he needed it for a wound repair to my face in Nov 2019. Thankfully I did not need the Wound Vac and it was returned to the company unused. The company came back and picked up the wound vac and all the supplies within 2 weeks of the surgery so we thought it was all taken care of since insurance had pre-approved it. Now in April we received a bill for $75.40 for Rent on the machine. We called to speak to them about the bill and why we got it and why it was so late. The collections clerk was rude and snarky about the process and in the end it boiled down to they weren't told it wasn't used and returned within 24-48 hours. We will never use this company again and i urge others to stay away from them. They appear to be more concerned with money than patient care and customer service

I got my husband Hospital bed and mattress from Cork And when I contact them the mattress was about three weeks they said out of the (1) year replacement warranty
