Kudos to the tire center today. I was traveling and notified I am losing tire pressure on my rear tire. I walked into Costco at 5pm on Sunday and the team was able to help me out to patch the tire. I really appreciate your help today

My wife is not going here again.
We wanted to replace two tires, as recommended by a specialty alignment shop. That shop doesn't sell tires, so we went to Costco. She told them what she wanted and they apparently did not understand or agree. They did an inspection after some back and forth and did fix two tires. My wife had to wait two hours to get the car back because they forgot to release before a lunch break. As she works hourly, this was time she could have been paid.
I understand trying to look out for the customer but please respect our instructions and our time.
I do not recommend them.

They shouldn't take additional walk in customers if it means those of us with an appointment need to wait longer
My appointment for a tire repair was at 10:45, it's currently 1:22 and I'm still waiting. Been standing in line to speak with someone for over 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. My time is not valuable, apparently.

I went in to get my tires balanced and rotated my first time in the store so I had to sign up for the membership and pay $60 after they looked up my car they said they could not take the tires off because of the lug key they didnt feel comfortable doing so. Now what was going to be such a wonderful deal has cost me more time money and embarrassment. Poor way to treat a new customer

Buying was easy but scheduling with noblesville costco tire center was difficult on line. We had to call. Not sure if it was because it's new.

Great service!! They even took time to clean up some of the present corrosion/rust. I'll definitely plan on using them again.

costco isn't what it used to be. the samples are now rare. and the lines are crazier. somehow the people have lost all grocery store etiquete. the place feels like a madhouse. however. the pizza and the price at checkout is still a winner

My go to spot for organic groceries. Costco has bulk offerings which works pretty well for me since organic is generally expensive and I plan my shopping to ensure I freeze, dry, store perishables as needed. Costco runs a good number of rotating discounts and season/festival based discounts. Warehouses are super clean, and checkout is never a hassle. Always quick and convenient!
