The staff here went above and beyond to make sure some of my unique needs were met as a wheelchair user. They helped me resolve some things that are not part of their job description and did it in a pleasant way. Thank you, Vincetta and Deah for everything.

The staff is very pleasant and always available. The rooms are clean but a little outdated....the heating is noisy but necessary it was -11°C outside.Close to the airport and less than 10km from the city center. Unfortunately, I did not anticipate that with the basketball show that was taking place, each round trip by Uber would cost me 50 euros. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle.Food & drinks: A rather good bistro inside the hotel and a mini market available with snacks and dishes to reheat

Pleasant, quiet, relaxing one night stay! Excellent Courtyard property located approximately 15 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport. During the course of many years in the travel industry, I have visited this hotel many times. The property is a mature, traditional, immaculate, friendly hotel catering largely (or so it seems) to guests whom are traveling to and from the airport. Long-time travelers, like myself, will recognize this Courtyard property as one with the original look, floor plan and design of the first Courtyard properties. However, this hotel has upgraded many features of the hotel, especially noticeable in and around the lobby, Bistro, outside patio and pool areas. The hotel also is wearing a new paint job, which looks great(no more mustard yellow paint!!) The guestrooms still have the original design, decor and floor plan. My guestroom was spacious, quiet, immaculate and comfortable. The bathroom is large, but a little dated (still very functional!) One of my all-time favorite features (common in many Courtyard properties) is the placement of the bed, located in the center of the room and not up against the wall separating my room from the next. INGENIOUS! I wish EVERY hotel had the intellect to design there rooms this way. Not being awakened in the middle of the night by your neighbors and/or their children banging against the walls is an amenity worth paying extra!! The hotel also features the Bistro for breakfast and dinner. One item a guest must consider at this hotel is your food options. The hotel is located in an area where there is little, if any restaurants near the hotel. Therefore, if you don't have your own transportation, you need to plan ahead here. The Bistro is an excellent option (except for lunch hours). The menu is limited, but very diverse. I've thoroughly enjoyed the Bistro burger on past stays. My recent visit I ordered the Cobb salad, trying to eat a little healthier. The Cobb salad was good. Not exactly the best I've had, but it served it's purpose (I would recommend the Bistro burger!!) The hotel staff associates are very friendly and efficient here. The hotel provides complimentary airport shuttle transportation. This hotel property is excellent for guests who need accommodations near the airport. Excellent stay! Great hotel!

The room was clean and smelled clean. The plus here is the lighting in the room was so much brighter than other Courtyards. The service was impeccable. Truly staying there again when I return. Bed was super comfortable! Thank you!Noteworthy details: From the time you enter the customer service was so very welcoming! The cafe team were also wonderful and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience from a frequent traveler!

This hotel is exceptional, and its staff is commendable. However, I must highlight Laura's outstanding contribution. Her cheerful demeanor and exceptional problem-solving skills are truly remarkable. She embodies the qualities every company should value in their employees. I sincerely hope management recognizes her incredible worth. Laura, if you happen to read this, know that your efforts are deeply appreciated. Please continue being the wonderful person you are. We eagerly look forward to seeing you again soon! ?

I've stayed at this Courtyard Marriott periodically and it's time for major room renovations. I was disappointed in my room accommodations recently during my stay. Room #347 has a mattress that should be discarded IMMEDIATELY. The mattress had come apart at the seams where you could literally see the foaming and coils. This isn't the norm for the Marriott brand. Carpets are worn and the room very dated. I did share my concerns with the front desk associate. Don't think I'll be staying here in the future, hope they reevaluate this hotel and take care of these discrepancies. Front desk associates were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel has run out of soap, and their shuttle service to the airport is full so I cannot get a ride. This defeats the purpose of why I’m at this hotel.

The rooms here a lie larger than some, updated but missing USB chargers. The location ratic and shuttle being close to the airport was perfect. The gym is small but most mariott courtyards are small with limited space and equipment.

Low end, hotel room not remodeled. Fluorescent lights for Pete’s sake. Also right in flight path at airport so noise. Not much around to explore

Fire alarm in just my room went off every 10 min. Nobody would help me from the staff bc they were prioritizing check-ins over safety? After a 30 min wait I talked to the single employee working the desk. Transferred to a room that smelled like a 90’s pool lounge. I don’t mind smoke smell that much, but not like this burlesque of a den room. No apologies. No care for the situation. I’m actually very satisfied with Marriott usually. Worst experience on my business travel books.Rooms: Marriott’s oldest generation of furnishing will be found inside your room. Poor staffing and lousy service. Old. Smelly. Not Safe.Safety: Nobody from the hotel cares about your safety in a fire alarm situation. They made that abundantly apparent after my first 2 hours after check-in. My fire alarm went off 4 times within an hour and nobody could help.Noteworthy details: Smokey cigarette smell of my room

Watch out for the 99-day cancellation policy! Normally Marriott properties are 24-hours, but this one will allow you to book a "cancellable' reservation when you're already within that 99-day cancellation, so it's really not cancellable at all.
