Each time I come here, I feel fully immersed in the catalog. The staff are so good natured, helpful while not imposing. I recommend a visit to this store each season to enjoy the sights, sounds, smells. So delighted that we have a Crate & Barrel storefront.

This store is hands down my husband favorite they have a great variety of things from furniture to dining utensils, fancy knives, lotions and etc. I got some wine glasses and my husband his favorite knife set. Really like the selection of bamboo as well.

Amy was super friendly and helpful. They have really good selection of accent chairs and sofas. Love all the decoration items, kitchen accessories and patio furniture.

Not sure why I return to shop at this store. The associates aways seem annoyed/ unfriendly/ unwelcoming. You'd think during the holiday season they could muster a smile

I regret to say that my experience with picking up an online order was not as positive as the other reviews suggested. Instead of opting for curbside pick-up, I entered the store. The associate at the counter near the parking lot door made me feel unwelcome and inferior. She incorrectly informed me that online orders couldn't be picked up until noon and that my item was likely unavailable due to being out of stock. Her unwelcoming attitude and poor customer service made me reconsider choosing Crate & Barrel for this bridal registry purchase. I will definitely shop elsewhere in the future where my business and I are valued and appreciated.

I placed an online order and picked up at this store. First of all, the service was spectacular. The woman at the front desk (she has a 7 month old granddaughter) was very sweet and kind as I waited for my order. The lady that brought my order was also wonderful! They clearly love their jobs. When I got home, I opened my package and I got 12 hand-blown glasses. They were packed more carefully than any package I have ever received in my life. The glasses are beautiful. 2 had minor defects (not a big deal) but I contacted customer service and they immediately ordered replacements that were soon delivered straight to my house. What an amazing experience from start to finish. The store is beautiful and if we lived closer, I'd be there all the time shopping! Thank you Crate & Barrel!

Didn’t care for the customer service -called to inquire about a certain sofa. Was told they didn’t have it no feedback to where I might find this piece. Go to Northbrook much better customer service - skip the Deer Park location,

Problems with outside pick-up, waited over 30 minutes, couldn't reach store directly by phone, ended up going inside to get the order eventually, and no explanation was given for the wait. There seemed to be confusion that we were there for pick-up... This was the second time we waited a long time at outside pick-up for something ordered online days in advance. Online it directs you to give an ETA which we did a half hour before we got there, and it didn't prevent this long wait. The store was not busy inside either, so it seems it would be better to pick-up in store. Others were getting their orders at the outside pick-up zone so we called the phone number on the pick-up zone sign after waiting a while. The number doesn't go to the store but instead to customer service. The customer service was helpful though and got in contact with the store. Won't be doing outside pick-up again since there seems to be issues with the process.

I purchased the Amina dinnerware set in fall 2022. While putting my dishes away after running the dishwasher yesterday, I dropped one of the dinner plates and it shattered. I didn't expect it to break like that and I felt upset. Surprisingly, the dinner plate was still available online - on clearance. I called the store and spoke with Cindy. I explained the situation and asked if she could order 1 plate to the store for me. She patiently listened to all of my details and actually ordered the plate for me to be shipped directly to my house. I have anxiety, in general, and Cindy's service made me feel cared for. I hope that Cindy gets a strong raise for 2024, because she is living out what quality customer service should be.

I called about an item and she immediately said she didn’t have the item without checking? I asked her to check surrounding stores and she said the store was open and she was busy ? Seriously at 8 am? Stop being lazy ! Phone sales are just as important! If I could have made it in I would have , but not there !
