I was going 2 Sparkling Image 4 20 yrs or so, I decided 2 try Crew car wash mostly because of the lines @ Sparkling Image, it's not because of bad service, it's faster @ Crew if u pay 4 the monthly pass. U basically skip the line and drive right thru. Just 29.99 for the first 3 months for then 39.99, considering it costs an average of 11.00 for a basic car wash, this is a good deal. You get the ceramic fast wax, tire shine and wheel bright, underbody wash and clear coat. Remember it's unlimited 4 a month, u can wash your car everyday and go thru multiple times a day if your car is really dirty. Highly reccomend! Give it a try 4 3 months if u don't like it u can cancel 24 hrs b4 your renewal date or change your plan 2 basic for 19.99 a month.

I never use any other wash. Unlimited memeber, always use 2 -3 times a week. But some reason the carwash lives to bend my antenna on my 2014 f150. Down 3 so far. And it is working on my 4th. At 27 bucks a pop. I may have to alert the manager next time

the vacuums are TRASH, for a multimillion dollar company you would think if you are charging people to use the vacuums they would actually work.. one side the plastic part came off the hose as soon as i picked it up, okay people break things it’s not their fault.. go to the other side and guess what, doesn’t even work! this seems to be at every location of theirs i’ve ever went too.. not worth it, keep your $2.Service: Vacuuming

Poorest wash i have ever gotten since using crew carwash, paid for the complete package and at the end the light board said basic, which I believe because no tire shine, vehicle not dry, no underbody wash poor,poor,poor!!!

I generally like crew car wash...but in the last 6 months I've had my back windshield ripped off 3 times...plus they have raised their prices ..don't know if I can afford their price hoke in this economy... probably going to cancel membership.cant afford $480..a year to wash my car whenever I want...

Not brushless, but seems to only have the soft type of washers (no plastic brushes). These don't scratch paint as long as they are kept clean.

I have had an unlimited package with them for 2years Their vacuum machines are always broke down. I have probably lost at live around 30 to $40 alone just in their vacuum machine.

My wife came through in her new car that was purchased 2 days prior. When she went through she came out with a CRACKED WINDSHIELD. The manager on duty was great in helping us file a claim. But, a week later we got a letter from crew saying it wasn’t their fault and there was damage already to the windshield prior to going through the was. They didn’t even have the guts to call us and tell us they had to send us a letter because they knew that they were at fault. Why would we buy a car with a damaged windshield. I do not advise going to any crew Carwash location as although they seem nice, all that they want is money and won’t even replace something that was their fault to a customer who has been going there for over 5 years.Services: Polishing

As bad as it sounds, I haven't washed my car in years(or at least it seems like) and as soon as I pulled up, there was a gentleman right there that greeted me, asked me about my day, and even talked to me about their different packages. He was EXTREMELY friendly and the wash did a great job as well. So, between the nice staff and the wash, I will definitely be back very soon!

I get really irritated at the constant upsale attempts. I'm already here spending my money. I don't want the garbage flyer about the monthly wash every single time I come here it goes straight in the trash. Ready here. I'm already giving you my money. Just keep your flyers Crew....
