The service was pretty good for the money when I lived in Las Vegas. But when I moved to Indiana, I was out of a big city, so the service wasn't that great. So I got a plan from Verizon and tried to cancel my Cricket service. My prepaid plan was due on the 12th of January and on the 9th I tried to cancel. I was told to simply turn off the auto pay function and it would be cancelled.I got on the app and turned off auto pay. Apparently, the app glitched and it didn't turn off. On the 11th, ONE DAY BEFORE THE PAYMENT WAS DUE, I noticed a pending charge for Cricket on my credit card. I called cricket to stop it, but they said they couldn't, even though it wasn't due yet. So I tried calling my bank and they couldn't stop it, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS STILL PENDING. They said I had to wait for it to be paid before I could dispute the charge. (that will be in another review for the bank) This is a total scam to get their customers to pay an extra month of service after they lose their business. Avoid this business.

The manager at this place was helpful came from behind the desk unlike most places you go to and they stay seated helped me choose the perfect phone and plan walked out spending less than 100 bucks ask for the tall man with hair ! Very pleasant

So glad I stopped in here. Pleasant and efficient store manager Kyrie was on the scene. I had spent some hours, working with 3 different Cricket (611) customer service agents by phone over the course of the preceeding week, all of whom came to different 'solutions' to get my new upgraded data phone-activated but unconnected to the mobile network- connected. Kyrie immediately comprehended my issue and had me successfully connected within 10minutes. KUDOS.

The very tall young man was very pleasant after I dealt with a very rude Hispanic girl and it made me feel great he was the manager now and in control he is way better than the old managers who used to run the place he’s amazing and needs a raise soon ! I think his name was kyleree GREAT JOB!

Sick of my own phone service I went in there to switch over. I was surprised when the very tall saleswoman said every phone in their store was $1000 or more. They had one free phone for switching over but, it looked cheap and I didn't want it. How can they stay in business if every phone is $1000 or more? This doesn't make sense.
