This place is a joke and so is the workers. These women sure take advantage of People for their money on buying phones. Just bought a phone 4 months ago to not having no Internet and being told have to buy new phone. Smh cricket needs to be investigated or shut down.. and 10/th and linwood is worse.

I tried to pay the 60 prepaid fee the day it was due so I wouldn't have to pay the extra $5 but I could not log in on my phone. When I pulled up the app there were two logins. One had my name spelled wrong. Neither worked. So I went to the store to pay. I wanted to do the bridge payment so they said I had to call cuts service. I did. The cust service said I should pay full amount and they woukd help me log in by sending code to my phone. The code never came and I was on the phone for about 45mins the 1st time. Then 10 or so after dropped call. I'm still not sure why there are two logins. I paid my $69.00 $60.00 pulse $5 late fee and $4 processing? Fee. I was told to wait until the 2nd register opened up because only one register accepts cash. I paid got phone turned back on.

The worker was rude and harsh. I asked one question and they way he answered was in a rude tone. No respect for the customer!
