I have had cricket for almost ten years. Jenna H was wonderful answering my many questions to help me change my plan. Friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. They always seem to have plans and phones to meet everyone's specific tastes and needs. I highly recommend.

Jenn, was amazing she helped us through the whole process. She was super sweet and worked with us on what we need, and want on top of when we were waiting on something to update or what ever she would a make conversation or b she gave more information about cricket or the phone it's self. Today we were in and Dominick was so extremely helpful! After trying out the Keystone location, having 2 different employees try to "help" and have no idea what they were doing, we spent 30 mins in there and then they told us their internet was down so they couldn't help anyway. Dominick had us in and out within 10 mins. His store was also very well stocked and maintained. He will be our companies go to from here on out!

There googel said closed at 7pm and the hours on there door said closed at 7pm got there at 620pm and theybwas already closed lights out and door locked
