Amazing customer service Kojo the manager was very helpful with getting my information from my old provider to transfer over they were giving a lot of issues and he was able to help with it all answering my questions and resolving all the issues swill too tier customer service

We are an amazing store. I have been here 4 months and became the store manager over 2 months ago! I have really turned the store around in the way it looks and operates with a great new staff! We are open 10 to 7 Mon-Sat and 12 to 6 on Sundays!!

Only gave 1 star because I had to put something to write my review walked into the one in Avon was in there for about 4 minutes when I noticed a cockroach crawling up the wall this is disappointing and disturbing I hope you fix this problem I myself will never go there again but customers should know about this problem because they are taking the chance of bringing them back to there homes.....??

Got with the awesome lady shown in the PHOTO!!! She happened to do a mighty fine job with all the clientele that came aboard, as she happened to be the only one here at the time!! Very upbeat Spirit, and kind to bring awareness to many customers at once!!! Appreciate THIS!!

This has been my spot for years and I always know I will get A1 service. The new manager Josh is absolutely amazing and fully accommodated me and my son's needs. He even went above & beyond to accurately install our screen protectors and explain our new device thoroughly. Please keep this guy around lol!!! Wish I could give 10 stars for our experience yesterday. ???

On February 5, I bought a Samsung a12. On February 17, I received a message that the line was being cut because it was reported stolen. I have the electronic receipt. I called customer service and they investigated that the same store made the theft report now. I want my money back because if they give me a new phone, who guarantees me that they will not do the same thing again until now they cannot solve my problem the best thing is that you do not go to this store apparently this smells like fraud
