Very bad service in this place, not all Cricket stores have treated me like this, only in this one. The bad treatment of this lady, along with other things, but this was what broke the camel's back, and that is why I left that company. I don't know the name of the lady who helped me, I only know that she speaks English and that she had a bad face that was scary just looking at.

I came to this location to pay my bill, I don't know if Jerrika M was high or drunk but she had me wait 10 minutes, and she also ripped me off, when I try to explain to her how much my bill was plus the assistance fee she had no response. And gave me back the wrong change. She is ripping people off, I would never go back up there again. Very unprofessional.

WOW... I showed up to this location at 6:50 to pay my bill and no one is here. According to the hours on the door they should be open but all the lights are off and the door is locked. I guess Cricket just closes whenever they want. I will be taking my service somewhere more reliable

Horrible Service! Sold me and my wife 2 phones for almost $600 and 3 months later they won't charge! Make calls or get on the internet without wifi. Call customer service 3 times waited 20 to 30 minutes and they hung up on me. 4th time finally talked to someone been on hold over an hour. Smh horrible professionalism we will be going to a different carrier I suggest you do the same. #CRICKET=TRASH

Where do I start!! Dominick is a complete and utter joke! Tells us the IPhone 11 is $650 for a existing customer, LIAR the phone was 499 he gave us items we never asked for even after telling him we didn’t need extra supplies, he stated it was included! The lies are disgusting and personally you sir should lose your job!! 140 bucks later!! Never never again! run from this salesman

If I could give zero stars I would. Regional manager was just fired according to the store manager, and the store manager (Dominic?) should be fired too. He was rude and unprofessional from the very beginning of our call. He hung up on me twice and cursed at me.

do not ever buy a phone from them. Cricket will not unlock your phone even if you paid the full price when you bought it. Within days you’ll realize how terrible their service is and when you go to switch your service you phone will not be unlocked. Rip Off cheap service cricket!!!I was not advised of any such policy when I purchase my phone on full price from this store that they have a six month must have service policy to be able unlock the phone that they didn’t give any discount on . Note as evident don’t buy cell phone there

I went on the store today today I did talk to someone there to transfer from my old Network I was excited asking a question the new one he was so mad yelling and is very impersonal I would love to talk to the owner of the place I did talk to the customer service but I haven't heard anything about this situation yet very embarrassing

I have been a customer for years I just bought a new phone that is no longer being produced and its only a few months old(1st) The screen protection I bought that they installed is now pulling off and they won't fix it. Time too look else where.

This company really get ZERO stars This is a very bad company my phone always lose signal I called customer service twice about it still nothing has changed with my service I ordered two phone devices online the cancelled my order and it’s been two months and they still have not reimbursed me my money they are very inconsiderate and rude and keep giving me the run around very poor customer service people she be treated better when it comes to business and being more professional
