Great quality coffee for a fair price. The customer service is always great and the employees are super helpful with menu items. Great place, stop in!Parking: Street parking, plenty of meters.

Cups is in the main level of the building I work in. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the coffee options. I love the rotating menu and always keep an eye out for the Highlander Grogg. We don't stick around for long but it's an aesthetically pleasing little cafe in the lobby of our building. It makes the lobby smell amazing!

one person in front of me and took forever to order and get my drink. Told them no dairy milk in my cappuccino and they gave me skim anyways. Cappuccino—solid.

Such a joy to find you next to our hotel while in town for PRI!!! Barista's 5 stars, Latte's 5 Stars, snacks 4 stars. (choc muffin was a bit dry). I forgot my bag of treats in the shop Friday morning and couldn't find a phone number to call the store to request someone take it to the hotel for me. But that was my only thing that was remotely wonky about your shop. Please let the girls that were there Wednesday, Thursday and Friday they are amazing and need a raise.

I neglected to get her name, but I did discover she's lived in -- and -- loves Reno! She also delivers fast and friendly service and an Iced Americano that's got to be the tastiest in town!

I had a lovely grab and go visit here yesterday morning to grab coffee for a walk and talk meeting. Tucked into the heart of the Wholesale District, Cups Coffee Shop appears to thrive on downtown employees and especially those who pour into the "bigger" buildings of downtown. They have a handful of inside tables, assortment of baked foods like muffins and four to five coffee selections on hand as well prepared drinks like lattes and cappuccinos. I wasn't able to see who provides their coffee beans or if it was local. While there, I learned that they have a second location a few blocks away near the Repertory Theatre. The young lady working the counter was friendly. My only suggestion would be spicing up the interior space and the counter display and offering a few more local treats/ingredients. Overall, a great spot to grab a no frills cup of joe.
