Absolutely shameful that a multi billion dollar company can't staff a pharmacy to have ANY weekend hours at all. All the pharmacists and employees themselves have been great, but the staffing issues make this pharmacy unusable for a majority of people

I typically use this pharmacy, and they are often understaffed, but today was by far the worst I’ve seen. ONE pharmacist working BY HERSELF
behind the counter. She was trying to answer phones, take care of the drive up window, help people at the counter, and fill prescriptions. On top of that, every other customer was rude to her when their prescriptions weren’t ready for pick up. CVS needs to spend some resources to get this location back into shape. There aren’t a lot of pharmacies around this neighborhood, and sometimes people don’t have a choice but to use this pharmacy, and the staffing and customer service in the pharmacy is abysmal. And the poor pharmacist that was working today deserves a bonus for working the jobs of 3 people by herself.

Patron this place for a friend to make a payment for his rent. The very young immature female was upmost ride and told us never to return to the store. This all came about when we paid cash and another person rang us up at the register, but didn't check the $100 bill for forgery. And they could not return it to us. Very rude!!!!

They are ALWAYS so slow at getting prescriptions refilled and they are also always very rude. They act annoyed every time someone walks up or goes through the drive through to pick up their prescription, every single time.

CVS pharmacy is in my neighborhood, I can go to CVS for prescription refills, pick up and get OTC medications.

I don’t even like AI 🫴
But I see why humans are being replaced
Sadly, if you shop here…the check out kiosk is the most help you will receive.

Walked in to pick up a photo and staff was occupied. The security guard asked if he could help and directed me where to go. Staff was friendly. Obviously a good relationship b/w folks that work there.

The 46th Street CVS is a key location for the community, a very diverse community. The cashiers, especially the day shift regular weekly staff, are super friendly to ALL customers and extremely helpful when you have technical challenges or questions about products. The stock is always orderly and easy to find. The pharmacist is always available for questions. Sometimes there are very difficult customers, and the staff handles them with firm respect and grace. Just keep up the good work.
