staffing your pharmacy with one overwhelmed pharmacist should be illegal. the services and medications which pharmacies offer are not elective, and the staffing at this location creates an extremely poor customer experience. pharmacist charles was obviously being overworked and under supported. i suggest going to a different pharmacy as this one mistreats their employees.

Cashier (Kendall) unprofessionalUpon arrival I reach a cashier Kendall it was a man before me I seen she was pleasant & calm even greet the man which is nice right.So it my turn in line I came into the store to load a card along w/get change as well. I greeted her saying hi how are u? She barely spoke back I could feel the tension already for what idk why. So she loaded the card I ask to get change her tone of voice was started very hostile and like she was angry out of no where she basically yelled at me saying “ I can’t get u change u have to do another transaction” in a very strong unpolite angry voice. Which I did a translation loading my card. Her attitude stinks she definitely doesn’t deserve to be the face of CVS company bad for business or any other company. Professionalism should have been number one upon hiring.

Cvs on 46st keystone is good store to shop at with very friendly workers to help assist you. Thanks again to Tencie who helped me with my purchase. Will be shopping at this location in the near future. You guys rock

drive all the way here just for them to have already closed even though they’re meant to close at 8pm… it’s 5:32pm. i came straight here for my medication. a joke. truly.

Very rude and unpleasant people at the pharmacy. They had closed for lunch, with no sign, no indication of when they’d reopen and just looked at people who were waiting and not bothering to tell us they were closed. Very unprofessional and unacceptable to behavior from people who are supposed “to care”.

There is a pharmacist at this location who is extremely unprofessional, rude and a nightmare to talk to. She has a thick indian accent and when you don't understand her she rudely says things like "I'm speaking english". I don't know how she still has a job considering she has zero customer service skills.

I have no problem with anyone else but the pharmacist with the Indian accent is a nightmare. I’m 6 months pregnant and was trying to get my prenatals refilled. She interrupted me in the middle of me telling her what I needed to get my birthdate. I’m like you’re incredibly rude. Why are you rushing me them continue to ask me the same questions I was try to tell you. She’s just too impatient am to be in customer service.

I typically overpass the little things, but my experience warranted a review. I came in for a Booster shot and bring good energy everywhere I go. I got to the Pharmacy and was not greeted with warm service. They were laughing and making small conversation amongst themselves untill I spoke. I noticed(what I thought was hand sanitizer) a half empty and opened container of ONE MOVE LUBRICATION on the corner of the counter. I mentioned it and the African American associate looked at me and shrugged charasmatically saying " I don't know what it is." All the associates(including the pharmacist looked at each other with signs showing they didn't care. Their presence and demeanor followed rather unenthused and almost rude with undertalk untill possibly 7 mins later when someone went to inspect and remove it.Granted, the pharmacist was able to work with me in a simple mistake, however, her disposition and personality throughout my process was not forthcoming or polite. At the end of my shot, she walked away and stopped and said, "Oh, you need to stay in the store for 15 mins."I dare not stand foot in this location and the property needs to work with them on customer service. Thank goodness, during my uncomfortable 15 min walk of the store, a different associate from the front desk walked by with a pleasant smile and we greeted each other with warmth and care.As I have read some of the other reviews, I notice a pattern. I will be reaching out to corporate about the matters at hand. Do better CVS

I have nothing but praise for the pharmacist working the evening shift on Monday 12/12. She was working alone, juggling the drive through, store and phones, amidst a flu crisis! She was patient, compassionate and friendly. I didn’t mind waiting because I could see she was doing her best. A customer was looking for amoxicillin and she called 3 pharmacies to look for it, all while working on my prescription - this shows real dedication. At 8 she finished my order and I expressed thanks, grateful that she had processed my prescription just before closing the dispensary. It was a long wait and not everybody was getting their medication that night because the demand exceeds the supply right now and so many workers are out sick. We need to give a little more recognition to the medical professionals who are trying their best!

The person who helped me at the pharmacy was wonderful. Their name is Briona and they made me feel like a valued customer of this CVS. Healthcare workers are very important and should be treated as such!

If you have ordered prescriptions from this pharmacy since October 24, contact the immediately!!! They have not shipped anything out since at least that time, and there is literally a pile of medication packages sitting in the pharmacy waiting to be shipped. I only found this out when my medications were not received a week after they were supposed to arrive. When I called the pharmacy, they simply told me to contact the post office, even though my medications were still sitting in the pharmacy. I had to go in person to find obtain the prescription.

There is a horrible person( Colored Gal) that is working the pharmacy phone lines. She is not customer friendly let alone professional . I hate that I have to switch to Walmart. This location was best location for me. However I just can not deal with Her horrible disposition again. Its a sad day for CVS as a Whole.
