If they tell u ur prescription will be ready in 20 minutes. Add 24 hours and then maybe another 24 if ur feeling cheeky

For a long time I've put up with the inconvenience of this location not having a drive through because the service was good. Was. I had a provider call in a prescription for an acute head injury and it's been 3 days without a word from them. I called this morning and was told "We're running behind." I get that, but this is critical medication, and I'm obviously not the only one who isn't getting mine. 3 days without even a single word acknowledging that they've received the prescription. Unacceptable. I'm done.

This pharmacy makes me want to switch to Walgreens. It's unfortunate that this CVS pharmacy is so close to me. ...Yet it takes them multiple days and multiple phone calls to fill 1 prescription. And even when I arrive it is not ready and am still left to wait for 15-20 minutes. They are constantly out of medications. And aren't helpful or speedy at all. I have had to go into a week long withdrawal because of this pharmacy. Please do better, I used to have good experiences with CVS.

If there was a negative 1, this Pharmacy deserves it.Every single time when I call in a refill to the automated system, I am told when my prescription will be ready.It never is. This time I was told it would be ready yesterday at 2pm. I go in today at 12:30 pm to pick it up and it’s not ready! Almost 24 hours after I was told it would be.This is a regular occurrence.It’s deplorable service.Their excuse is ALWAYS because they are behind.Well fix it!!Any other business that is constantly “behind” would go OUT OF BUSINESS!

After my wife wrecked her bike and dislocated her arm, the Doctor called in a prescription to this cvs, and they were out of that in particular medication. This was at 7:44, the pharmacist said they were closing and wouldn't have time to fill the prescription. Our doctor called them at 7:52 and the pharmacist refused to fill the script. They obviously don't care about the patients at this cvs. I know cvs overworks their pharmacist, however when someone has obviously been through a lot, and THEY WERE NOT CLOSED, you think they would do what they could to assist.

Store was closed and yet it’s posted hours states 10 p.m. on Sundays for its closing hour. VERY FRUSTRATING and wondering where to go to buy some “liquid bandage”.

1 star. this place has horrible staff, especially KAT me and my friends had a very bad experience with her. one day we walked around the store and someone had said if we had knocked down beer, we had never went into that aisle, and then another time she ignored my friends when trying to pay for their items, they kindly let a man cut them and kat went straight to the cash register. i truly think kat is a bad and rude employee, her actions will catch up with her.

horrible customer service, made up lies when we confronted them about being rude and asking us to leave when we didn’t even do anything. blamed everything on somebody named avery. when we got to the in line to check out Kat said under her breath she wasn’t going to check us out and started fiddling with boxes so we were waiting for a while then told a guy he could go in front of us and Kat went right back to the register.

One star. Me and my friends walked in the store and were checking things out about 5 mins. passed by and a woman walked up to us with a rude tone and ask with we knocked over cans of beer. Of course we said no because we would never be animals in a store and she asked us one more time "did.you.knock.over.the.beers?" we said no again and she walked away. the next time I was there I saw an employee with the name Kat arguing to a customer. Someone fire Kat.

We have been a Customer of theirs for 15 years since we moved into the neighborhood.We through the years have always enjoyed the majority of employees who we became to know on a personal level. We miss them when they leave.With that said. They recently hired a new Asst. MGR. Either she ignores you or offers impermissible, undesirable and objectionable customer service.The first time that I came in and noticed the self check outs, I said oh, I see you guys have them now. I’m not a fan. She immediately launched at me and said “ Well... the reason we have them is because we spend 90% of our time checking YOU out instead of getting the floor stocked” as if this is the company’s first priority. She didn’t just stop there.The store MGR was aware of that situation, but clearly chose to do nothing. After that her behavior never changed multiple times of my return to store to shop after that incident.We are in there about every other day for something. Friday May 8th we were in a line. The X’s were every where due to Covid-19 distancing. No one knew where to be. I didn’t notice her ( The ASST. MGR) when I was talking to my other half about the confusion. She immediately started on me again and kept calling me honey. I did finally give it back. I had enough.Spoke with the MGR in private and he said she didn’t say any of that and that he believed her. Dismissing me while admittedly what great customer we are and never had this problem before.Clearly his Weak management, Neglect and Impropriety as a Store Manager is ludicrous when they have a banner hanging outside at the entrance saying “Welcome Walgreens Customers”I reached out to corporate. Twice they said the woman overseeing that store would be in touch within 24 hours with Zero response. No surprise to me. Speaks volumes about CVS Company culture. We are officially now Full time Walgreens customers even if it’s not convenient. Principle has to come into play at some point!
