The staff here just lets the customers talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and talk and on and on and on and on and on… there is no social acknowledgment for disengagement to move the line along and let these people treat the pharmacy employees like open therapy. Please learn skills to disengage the customer to move the process along. Letting people stand there talking about how busy it is for 15 minutes or their life’s illnesses to throw a pity party for all is absurd.

This pharmacy sucks! The line was so backed up and they only had one register open with 3 other girls just standing around when one of them could have jumped on register to get the line down. I think the lady ringing up folks works in the front store because she kept having issues with all the customers.

Worst Pharmacy location in Indianapolis. I called to check on a prescription and was on hold for 50 minutes before hanging up. I was able to run 3 errands WHILE ON HOLD and STILL wait in their drive through with 6 cars in front of me to pick up my prescriptions all while never having my call answered. When I asked the pharmacy tech why nobody was answering the phone all she had to say was, “nobody’s answering phones at the moment.” Well, DUH I can clearly tell by how long I’ve been waiting. I’d give them a zero if I could.

customer service is atrocious the workers are incredibly rude for no reason especially the younger girl with nose piercings that works nights

Pharmacy does not answer phones..sat on hold 45 mins so I drove to the store and not 1 person was on the phone or answering them. I understand if they were short staffed but at that time they were not.

This store has been closing before 6 pm when it says 24 hours online and on the store window . All of the employees were standing in the front lobby telling customers to leave before 6 when the doors were still unlocked. I'm every upset because I was there to pick up formula and diapers for my baby. Definitely won't be coming back even though it's the cvs I live close to.

I had to call and have my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy because this one had mine \\\"in process\\\" for almost a week and then wouldn't answer the phone. I know covid is throwing a wrench in things but these prescriptions are vital and some communication about refill times would go a long way.

They never answer the phone!!! I take care of my dad on hospice and need his medicine. I have to go up there to order them cause they dont get filled then go back to pick them up..it's ridiculous.
