The pharmacy won't answer their phone, they close the drive-thru pharmacy window after 2pm, and they won't fill prescriptions you submit online until you heckle them about it. It's been 10 days since I ordered a very common, easy to fill prescription and they refuse to fill it until I call them and ask them to. It's usually ready within 15 minutes of my call (if I can even reach them by phone....)

The pharmacy is a mess. They don't have staff. It takes 5 days to get your RX filled. Service is horrible!

We have been using this location for as long as it has existed, but that WILL change. The pharmacy is slow and not real friendly. They sat on an anti-biotic prescription for my daugher for multiple days, then when I went to another location to have them fill it for me, they couldn't - without a fight - because this location had in their system it was filled and waiting. The insurance companies don't like paying for the same prescription multiple times. It took me driving 10 miles away, and waiting for almost an hour (most of that was spent waiting for the other location to get this location to answer the phone) -- all for 10 pills and what was a 57-cent cost after insurance. My daughter was "this" close to having to go to an ER all because this crew couldn't do their job on a timely enough basis.Yeah, no thanks. You screw with me or my family, you're not getting the chance to do business with me again. On a grading scale, it would definitely be an F- for this CVS.

The pharmacist and the blonde that was working today are the rudest people in customer service I have experienced in a long time! They need to work in a warehouse without face to face interaction with customers.

I kept calling for my important medication. They kept telling me it's in process. I got zero notification about it. I ran out of it. I called to let them know I must have it. The man acted as if he didn't care at all. No remorse, not sorry. He says to me it's still in process. Then I told him I was in need. I might not be able to walk. He then stated to me that it's actually been ready for three days. I'm SO aggravated with the change of employees in this pharmacy. I'm wondering if it's under New Management now. They simply don't care about you. I'm Very Disappointed and I'm looking for a New pharmacy.
