Went to the pharmacy today and had the absolute WORST experience I have. The pharmacist, Oyinda is rude, disrespectful and will not service you appropriately. She walks away mid conversation and then says she doesn’t know why your still standing there. She was violating HIPPA by having customers yell across the pharmacy names and birthdates in front of other customers. She needs to be fired.

Pharmacy NEVER answers phone. I called and was on hold, after 20 mins a person said hello, and hung up. I called again, assistant answered and sounded like she rolled out of bed. I bet reason why they can never be productive is due to the trash they hire.

One of the consistently worst pharmacy experiences I have ever had. Routinely takes 4-6 days to fill prescriptions, unless you call and pester them to fill them sooner. Problem with that is that they frequently take forever to answer the phone or just don't answer. I've probably spent a combined 10 hours on hold with this location over the last year alone. It seems like they don't staff their pharmacy adequately so if one person is sick the entire operation fails. A truly abysmal system. My heart goes out to the people that work there and do what they can but the corporate structure clearly isn't helping them, or the manager is incompetent. Either way, I'd strongly suggest finding another location or store entirely.

My recent visit on 11/29/22 to CVS was excellent. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and can answer my questions or concerns. The Pharmacy Techs bring the Pharmacist over to answer more complex questions about side effects or drug interactions with my other prescriptions. They are reliable and have excellent follow through if anything has to be ordered. Love their text notification software!

VERY VERY SLOW service. Extra care bucks unable to use and basically worthless. Will not use unless absolutely necessary. Felt employees didn't care and we were cattle waiting for the slaughter.

My husband went to what was supposed to be the 24/7 to pick a medicine for me. It was only 10:00 pm. The store was closing. It now closes at 10:00. My husband had to run to a competitor to get me medicine. I

Looking to get a COVID booster? Well, whatever you do, DON'T go to CVS.My daughter booked an appointment for Saturday at 7:00 pm at the CVS at 8935 E 21st Street in Indianapolis. When she arrived, they told her that they had run out of booster vaccines. No one called to tell her not to come - they just let her show up before informing her that they did not have any vaccines left. Apparently, they only received 20 booster vaccines a day. However, their online scheduling system does not shut down after 20 appointments have been made, but rather allows people to make appointments all day regardless of whether they will be able to get a shot or not. These days a computer can send a man to the moon. I think CVS's scheduling system should be able to handle the kindergarten-difficulty-level of counting to 20.Feeling bad about the situation, the pharmacist told my daughter to come back on Sunday at 2:30 and they would try to squeeze her in. Again, my daughter went to CVS at 2:30 to get her shot, this time to be told that the pharmacist was "too busy" and would not be giving her the booster. So, this CVS wasted her time not just once, but twice.I'm advising all of my friends and family members to go any place other than CVS to get your COVID vaccines and boosters. Because CVS really doesn't give a crap about wasting your time.

Very poor service at the pharmacy. Script was sent to the wrong location. Was told I had to call the Wrong location to authorize transfer. Called, gave the technician my name and phone number. She had to tell the pharmacist. 20 minutes of life wasted. Called back, pharmacist was busy,

My daughter had a bad infection and this pharmacy did nothing but play games and take 3 days to acquire the script to do the meds. Lie after lie from each employee. Save your time and pick a different pharmacy.

Had to find the pharmacist as he was hiding in the back only to finally get his attention and have 'the system down' so can't get meds. That could be pretty serious if this was a major needled for meds. Always slow, will change phamacies. I could have grabbed the meds and been gone and this joker would have never known as he wasn't aware i was there for 5 mins
