What an outstanding store. Bob at the front offered help and then searched to find where we could get what we needed at a different store. Matthew in pharmacy went over and above to find a better billing to get us to a $50 savings on my dad's medications. Watched other techs from pharmacy do the same for other customers. Very impressed here.

I don’t recommend shopping at this store or any CVS if you are black because you will be excessively watched and asked too many time by staff “Can I help you with something?” even if there is no evidence you intend to steal something. More than once I’ve had these experiences along with general rudeness at times from staff members Bob and Michael. I reported these two staff members to the store’s customer service line and the store manager and not to my surprise, nothing was done about it. Plus the manager had an attitude when I addressed my concerns with her and made excuses for their behavior. So I stopped shopping there and moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Yolonda is always there when i go in and she is always so helpful and nice. Always speaks to you. I wish there were more employees like her and no I don't know her

As always, I enjoyed my visit to CVS and with the staff, I definitely recommend this CVS as a place to shop for most of all of your needs, products are usually in stock and the staff are always very helpful and kind, thank you

I am so exhausted with this place !! They send me so many messages indicating my prescriptions are ready for pick up and I go right away only for them to tell me I do not have prescriptions ready !!! It’s really ridiculous at this point ! Doesn’t matter if I do automatic refill or request refills when they are due, it truly is a consistent mess up with this pharmacy! I was literally there after submitted refills request, received text indicating the RX’s were ready and waiting only to arrive and he told that they do not have my RX’s prepared. I have a feeling that Paul is no longer there and the lead or head pharmacist or whatever they title that position. There last night after receiving a text that my meds are ready for pick up only to be told upon arrival that I don’t have RX’s ready for pick up ?? This place is just a huge disappointment in comparison to what it used to be!
I highly recommend you transfer your meds to another pharmacy! It can’t possibly be worse!

I just got a vaccine here and it was the most pleasant vaccine experience I've ever had! The doctor was excellent and I didn't even feel it! Friendliest staff around. Highly recommend!

I e been standing in line waiting behind the lady who, literally, walked in immediately before I did. She's being helped, I'm waiting and was told I have to come back in an hour because they are going on lunch break. I was the only person in line and got there the same time the person in front of me did. My transaction would have taken 30 seconds. They must have been super hungry.

I've attempted to order from this CVS many times over the past several months, and they never have any of the items I ordered via delivery apps. Very frustrating

This pharmacy never ever has prescriptions ready. They say on their app that they are ready for pickup but every time I show up it's not ready. I have to stand around and wait. Sometimes the wait is over a half hour and I have to change the schedule of my work day to accommodate their lack of readines. This is unacceptable. Hire some more staff. This is a billion dollar company. How can you not afford to have adequate staff?

I really needed some over the counter meds for a sudden cold, and I was happily surprised to find the CVS open on Thanksgiving. The employee was pleasant despite having to work on the holiday, and I was saved from a miserable day with the meds I needed. Thanks CVS for being there when I needed you most.

This pharmacy staff is incredible lazy. I’ve had multiple issues getting fills for my mother who is very sick. They have a lunch hour from 1:30-2 and if you get there early before lunch they won’t clarify what Rx need to be filled and then when it gets closer to 1:30 they will make you wait until after their lunch break. When we ask to transfer to a CVS closer to my moms house they will not assist with that.Do not get your meds filled here.

This store is in desperate need of rennovation. The employees here are wonderful. They treat you like family and are always kind and friendly!
