When you say you close at 10, please close at 10. This is the 4th time this has happened and I'm over it. I'm not sure if it's independently run or not, but please change your hours on google. Btw it 8:28 on a Sunday.

Okay, so I was reminded again last night why I continue to give this CVS 5 stars. I was fumbling with my coupons trying to make the most of my $ and Doug, the manager, was so so so helpful and patient. He truly could not have been more wonderful in how he helped me and worked with my order. Doug is the reason I will continue to patron this location. Great job!!

I have all my family's prescriptions sent to this pharmacy but the customer service is just awful. I don't understand how 5-6 employees can all be working in the pharmacy and not one notices or makes eye contact with the several people waiting in line for prescriptions. When I was waiting in line today I became so frustrated with the lack of attention to the customers waiting I just left and will have my prescriptions transferred to a pharmacy that cares about their customers.

I’m sorry to say that the quality of service has steadily declined at this pharmacy. A staff member this evening was combative to everyone in line ahead of me. I had a feeling this would affect my experience as well. I was right. I tried keeping my head down, getting what I needed, and leaving. No such luck. In their defense, I think they are understaffed. So, in that respect, they have my sympathies. But, I don’t know why that means they should be combative with customers. I hope the situation can be turned around. I’m worried the quality of the establishments in this area is suffering and I don’t want to see it affect the broader community.

They generally are not friendly and are out of stock of medication often. Save your time and go some where else.

The pharmacy is horrific. Be prepared to be hung up on by the pharmacists and to wait on hold for hours. Just got off the phone with the pharmacist on 11/23/21 at 11am. They denied making me wait on hold for hours and hanging up previously. They won't be filling a script. I'm not sure how they're allowed to deny patients medicine but it's honestly negligence.

Honestly this is a great pharmacy. Sydney and the rest of the team is very thorough, I always feel like I'm getting concrete answers when I ask my questions. I never have to wait to long, you can tell they all work hard. Thank you and Meredith is a great manger as well! Love going into this CVS.
