Staff is rude and doesn't want to put any effort into helping you, I could hear the pharmacist's annoyance through the phone when I asked a question he's compensated to answer... lol place is a joke

The pharmacist that I spoke to was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She did not provide any type of good customer service. She had an attitude and continued to talk down on me saying "she could not understand my accent" when I said every letter of my name slowly for her to understand. Not only was she trying to rush me and asking me questions that's impossible for me to know, she also hung up the phone as soon as she got done speaking, before I could ask any further questions.

I switched to this location after receiving consistently poor service at the 31 \\u0026 Smith Valley location. For several years, this location was great. There’s still a great pharmacy tech here. I wish I could remember his name to give him credit, and one great pharmacist; but they can not make up for rudeness and lack of professionalism of other staff, mistakes, incorrect information, refusal to call physicians’ offices instead of faxing. Automated phone system is designed to discourage speaking to anyone, which is ridiculous, because the only options it gives are those on app. The option I need can only be processed by speaking with someone. Pharmacy answers phone about one call out of 10. I should not have to drive to the store to make a request, then return to pick it up.

Walk ins are not accepted here. Spoke directly with NP on duty with no one else present / waiting in clinic and we couldn't be seen to check for possible ear infection.

The pharmacy has always done a great job in caring for my family and our needs. Thank you.

Pharmacy puts you on hold until you have to physically go up there. I’d recommend going to another pharmacy

During the day scripts get filled super-fast, like less than 15 mins type fast. Late-night however is hit and miss on wait times but the 2 guys that I've dealt with that work nights are great, just over worked sometimes. At night most times I just drop the script off and go back for it in the morning, unless of course I REALLY need it, then Ill wait the hour and a half but that's rare that I have to do that. But if I do need it then the on-duty pharmacist understands and does whatever is within his power to get it to go through insurance. There have been nights that I was in full blown withdrawl and he saved me by filling my script (Dr. dated wrong is reason for withdrawl)
