I went to cvs to find a cold med without all the chemicals that could test positive in a urine screen. The pharmacist was pretty rude and short with me. Wouldn't even recommend any help. Just told me to get meds without nasal decongestants. They all have it. Sooo I will no longer be shopping at cvs. Smh.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. My doctor sent them a script for an antibiotic. I got a text that it would not be ready for 5 days! This CVS gives terrible service with absolutely no concern for patient wefare!

I waited at the prescription pick up window for 10 minutes without even getting greeted! Then I had to call and see if my prescription was ready and they had put it on hold because they didn’t take my sons insurance and wasn’t even going to call me or notify me! This is the worst store I’ll never be returning! The staff is very rude and not friendly!

Pharmacist is a joke, tell him I have been on the same medication for over 5 yrs nothing is new and he argued that it's policy they HAVE to talk to you about medications.... Corporate said that is actually wrong once you tell him you don't need or want to talk they should stop....Also wanted to discuss these meds in front of other customers at the time... Very rude followed by wanted to charge $45 for 2 medications when my insurance makes the max copay $1.45 per.... Come to find out they deleted my insurance out of the system

Everything about this store is bad. I tried to call the pharmacy and no answer. My son had 3 scripts sent in at 230pm. I waited all day and finally called at 613pm I spoke with a tech who said they would be ready in an hour. An hour went by. Not ready . Tried to call. Got instantly put on hold. My husband went there anyway while I was trying to get thru and almost didn't get let in. He was told at 745 the store was closing even though that don't close until 9. I tried the regular side of the store. The girl said she would transfer me and then hung up on me. I called back and she put me on hold. Worst customer service ever . I will be transferring my family profile tomorrow. They probably don't care since they are all closing down anyway.

I love this store but why are they closed when it says that there open till 9pm and it's just 7pm I know the pharmacy is closed but not the store someone needs to update the times on Google if they closed sooner then what it says

From the time we walked in, it was not a very pleasant visit. We came in for passport photos for an immigration visa, the registers were closed and only the self checkout was open when we arrived. The lady (I’m assuming Elizabeth) who finally came up to help us (who you would never know she worked there, no name tag or CVS apparel on) was acting like we were inconveniencing her when we asked for a passport photo. She acted very annoyed that there were paying customers in the store. While we were getting our photos taken, the informed my wife she could not have her hair covered (she has an exemption). After my wife explained to “Elizabeth” that she had said exemption, “Elisabeth” acted even more annoyed. While “Elizabeth” was processing our photos, there were 2 women of middle eastern decent who were having problems with the self checkout. When they asked for help she said “what do you want” to one of them and told her to keep trying her card. Another older man came to the counter to get a lottery ticket, she was also snippy with him and said “what do you want” to him. If Walgreens across the street actually did passport photos, we would have walked out the door after the first sign of rudeness. The last time we had passport photos taken at this location, the employee offered to also email the photos to us (which was great). When we asked “Elizabeth” if she could do it this time, she said “we can’t do that”, I told her they did it last time and she basically acted like I was lying. We had a poor experience last time we were at this location a few years ago and I honestly wanted to give them another chance. Sadly, it hasn’t. We probably won’t be returning.

the pharmacy here never answers the phone when you need to call and speak to them! i get people are busy but being on hold for 30 minutes is a little bit ridiculous!

Website and google maps says they are open til 9pm. It was only 8:30 when I pulled into parking lot and lights are out and nobody’s here?? This isn’t the first time I’ve actually been turned away because they were closing BEFORE they were supposed to. No explanation either!! Change your hours online or stay open when you say you’re supposed to.
