The pharmacy staff here are so nice, so overworked, and everything is completely disorganized. It takes multiple trips to get anything filled. Somewhere in upper management, someone is really messing things up badly. I've been pleased and impressed by every interaction with the workers, and I don't think they're the problem, except perhaps that there aren't enough of them to cover the volume this place handles.

Scheduled my vax updates through the website/app for today (totally painless and simple!) and arrived 15 minutes early. Staff at the pharmacy was super friendly, efficient and helpful. I was in/out of the store 5 minutes before my actual appointment, even including the time I took to talk with the wonderful young lady who gave me my updated shots. Great people and super efficient system, would highly recommend--I was overwhelmed with how great they were and all around super customer service!

Dirty, rude workers (especially in the pharmacy), and the last hear pharmacist I saw there could hardly even speak English.

This place is so organized. I cannot believe they can dispense drugs. Their text process and calling process is completely intrusive and then you get to the pharmacy line and your prescriptions are not even there. I’m finished and I’ve moved all my business and my family’s business to another pharmacy. Customer service is sporadic. It depends on who is there for them to decide to be “nice” or rude to you. We’re done.

I ran into CVS to quickly pick up 2 items at the Clermont location. Of course, I tried to stay focused on the task at hand but sale items were tugging at me. The isles are much smaller at this location than some other CVS's. I found myself inching between a few cardboard displays. The store felt smaller than many but again the isleways feel narrower. Size doesn't matter as long as I can find what I need quickly. The shelves were clean and well stocked after Christmas. Speaking of the employees, they were hustling to stock while I was there. They were leaving courtesy isle space where they were stocking so each isle was still accessible. After struggling to find the main item I came in for I broke down and ask for help. Glad I did because it was on an inside end-cap and I would have passed up again. The employee was super friendly, didn't seem to be disturbed with assisting me and took me directly to the item. He even waited to ask if there was anything else I was having trouble locating. GREAT Customer Service!!
