We had a difficult time getting am RX for our daughter. We'd heard others having the same issue. The pharmacist was able to get it all sorted for us at the end of the day before they closed. It was a great experience for a stressful time

By far the best CVS I have ever been to. Patrick, the head pharmacist is absolutely amazing. Remembers us by name. Is super quick and friendly. Genuinely cares and is always ready to help me with my mothers medications.

So I go the second day in a row and I get in the drive thru pharmacy line. The day before I gave up after 45 minutes. Today I waited an hour and 15 minutes. I finally get to the window and the pharmacy tech is waiting on someone who just pulled up to the outside lane. I am told the window side is for Covid testing and that is why the wait was so long. I'm told there is a sign. Said sign is on the ground and only visible when you are actually one car from the window. The sun has faded it and there are no arrows indicating direction, just 2 white dots. Further, half my RX is missing. If my insurance were accepted anywhere else, I would not go here. Terrible service. Note the outside drive thru lane has traditionally been drop off only.

I'm not sure why I haven't ever reviewed the pharmacy. I have picked up so many meds here I should see my name somewhere. Sometimes I go in and sometimes I do the drive through. The pharmacy itself does a good job. Very rarely do they tell me that they don't have a medicine I need. I can usually pick it up at a different store or wait a day or two and they will order it in. They have always been very nice to talk to and eager to answer questions. This is the preferred pharmacy for my insurance company. I am well covered here, but if I wasn't, I know from research that most medicines are cheaper elsewhere. Over the counter medicines and supplies I also find to be higher than other places. The store has always been clean and all of the people I've had contact with have been helpful and very nice.
