Politely Asked twice the staff to look up for a medicine which I could not find myself. Got denied by them, when asked to look up their system for a medicine which is available at the store even according to the App.
Never come here.

I walked in as a stranger and the staff had a good morning welcome. They were the nicest one could be in the morning. I wished I could have gotten her name but unfortunately did not. She addressed my needs and was very pleasant. Cheers to this CVS!

Be nice to people and they'll be nice to you.
Nobody ever likes going to the pharmacy to get their meds, but they're doing the best that they can.
The closure of other CVS's is to blame for their work overload.
Download the app if you're not sure if your prescriptions are ready or not
I haven't had 1 problem.
And I'm on a name to name basis with most of the pharmacists and the technicians as well.
Maybe try to make someone's day there by a friendly complement or pleasant small talk.
Yes, I know they're really busy.
And I know they work hard
They're just simply short handed, just like every place else is .

This CVS keeps the lowest inventory of any I’ve ever visited. Almost always out of something that I need when visiting… and I’m talking basics like floss, bleach, contact solution, etc.

✨✨ Granted customer service is spot on, I work where often times we are short of staff,, however running a business is just that!!! I have been visiting this CVS for the last 6 months,, they have been VERY CONSISTENT in implying being short of staff,, the hours are ALL over the place,, they don't answer phones on weekends so I am not sure if they are truly open as the website says on weekends,, they have drive through however a note is placed and have been placed directing customers to come inside due to being short staff,, reaching someone is like pulling teeth,, again once you have someone for the most part customer service is good.

I know there's been some long lines for medicine at the pharmacy but the best time to go is in the morning, during the week. I also had a great experience with a woman named Easher (probably spelled her name wrong) she was super attentive to what I was looking for and even went above what's needed to show true customer service. I didn't beg and understood there's a possibility what I needed wasn't available but she double checked and was able to assist me. Thanks for that. I know she wasn't doing it because of the holidays. She was very sincere.

CVS is claiming their generic drug is NP Thyroid. There is no generic NP Thyroid. Switching any future prescriptions to another pharmacy.
