Had an encounter with one of your employees not sure of her name but she was awful, she was yelling at someone in a customer service position as if she was better than them and more entitled, I would vet your employees better. This is not right !!!

I've had several covid tests in the last year for work. This one was one of the worst experiences. I don't know if the fault lies with this CVS or with the fact that Indiana doesn't test and prioritize covid like we did a few months ago. I waited over 20 minutes in drive through line without moving for a covid test after my appointment time. My husband had a quick experience in the morning, but after 4 pm I had a very different experience.

I will never visit this store again. The manager was very rude to employees when I visited. I asked her for help AFTER she finished chastising them in front of customers and she just looked at me as if I spoke another language. I just returned my things to the shelf and left. I love Mary the pharmacist but she's hardly there anymore so I've transferred my scripts as well.
