Believe the reviews y'all. Your prescription will NOT be filled in a timely manner bc it simply can't be with the gross understaffing at this pharmacy. If you're seriously sick or need your prescription ASAP, please please please have it called in elsewhere. I read the reviews and thought "I'll take my chances," which was a huge mistake. My antibiotics were called in at around 8am and I wasn't able to pick the prescription up until the NEXT day, and not for lack of trying. There is no way of knowing if your scrip is ready besides going into the store because they don't answer the phone - so they have a bunch of sick people waiting in line for over an hour just to be told their prescription isn't ready. It's a literal hellscape and I regret not believing all of the terrible reviews.

I have epilepsy and cannot drive. I will refill my meds on the app every single time, and have recently checked with my doctor toMake sure it is there, bc EVERY time I go there is an issue. No bedside manner, no apology. And I wait in the pick up line, since my meds have been "refilled" per my doctor and their website, and after 20 min of waiting, they send me to drop off, only to tell me it's not there. This has happened multiple times; I have multiple medications, too. It makes it so unbearable. After I called my doctor once more and went back up to the counter with her on the phone, I was then told my meds were there ??? But I'd have to come back in an hour hahaha. They just have no concern for people, people with disabilities, or doing their job correct the first time.

I have gone to the other pharmacy across the street and they have gone completely downhill. I started coming to this CVS instead and I've felt so much more comfortable. The staff is nice and attentive

Zero Stars. I had an appointment at the Minute Clinic. I checked in early. I had to go to the bathroom. Of course, CVS won't let you use their bathroom like they used to, so I had to go across the street to McDs. I got back and they had canceled my appointment 8 minutes after it was scheduled. I talked to the woman and she refused to treat me. There was NO ONE else waiting for her. There was NO ONE else checked in. She just sat on her rear and refused to treat me. Sat on her rear having a private conversation with another employee. I have had to wait 20+ minutes in the past there to be seen, and I am 8 minutes late and she refuses to see me?

I have an urgent situation that could easily be handled over the phone. however I have been on hold forever and will probably have to go to the store to get this situation taken care of. i have been in line many times listening to the recording about a call parked on yadda yadda. they truly beef a person dedicated to just answering the phone. yep...I'm still on hoof I'm starting to regret changing pharmacies

You have just got to be kidding me that 3 people working the pharmacy couldn't pick up the phone in 15 minutes on hold. So had to drive all the way over there to find that the Rx had not been called in yet. The way the 3 were allocating their time and resources was impressive in a not good way. I waited another 10 minutes at the pharmacy as the only one there in person. The chick waiting for an answer from the pharmacist (in a jacket ) for a question of someone on the drive thru line was clearly taking ages, so this lady just stood around with her thumb up her a$$ doing nothing while the crowd behind me in the line started growing. Just wow bad.

i would give it 0 stars but bc i can't imma give it a 1came in for migraine medication but got a migraine dealing with the pharmacy staff instead. good luck

The staff are rude, disrespectful to customers, and no help at all. I am not sure why one would work in customer service if you have no intention of helping people. I notified the manager of my complaints and told her I would not be returning and her only response was "that's okay". Truly disappointed when I was just trying to get done medication for a sick friend.

Customer service in the pharmacy is horrible. I have to call to refill a prescription each monthly for my son because of the type of medication it is. I am on hold 30-45 minutes typically waiting to speak with a pharmacist. Sometimes, Its been over an hour.Last refill, I went through the drive through. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, they told me I had to come in to update my insurance. My insurance had NOT changed at all. I went inside and stood in line at the pick up window. Then I was told to go to the Drop offf/consultation line. This is now the third line. After waiting at the window for 15 minutes, I then had to to back to the pick up line. Unfortunately, I have to use CVS due to my insurance. I do NOT recommend the location at 1545 N. Meridian. Find another CVS if you need to use CVS.

The pharmacy LOST my prescription records when transferring from another pharmacy! They couldn't even find the handwritten transfer request form. HEY CVS... THAT'S PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION PROTECTED BY LAW. CASE FOR A LAWSUIT? YOU BET!The pharmacy never answers the phone and doesn't have voicemail. So, it's impossible to leave a message... Something you'll want to do after calling and calling and calling with no answer. Don't waste your time on hold. After 30 minutes you'll hang up.I went to the pharmacy four days after my first visit to transfer my prescriptions to see what was going on. That's when I found out they lost everything.With at least six employees in the pharmacy (four of them talking amongst themselves), no one seemed too concerned about my situation or the many annoyed customers in line. I told the pharmacy worker to just forget it and chose another pharmacy. This CVS is a clown show!!!!
