This store consistently under performs, that is reflected in their less than stellar reviews. Staff is typically rude, no exceptions today when picking up a script.

The pharmacy tech couldn’t fill my prescription bc they couldn’t find it and the tech said my doctors appointment “seems sus” very professional and informative. I’m so glad there’s health care professionals that are compassionate and understanding (just kidding lol) very “sus” cvs pharmacy .

They said they don’t do money order or passport photos but this is one of the services that cvs is providing and the staff was just ignoring to provide customer service.

Woman with Blue/ greenish hair nametag that says “ GRAY” is so rude. Complained that I pressed the help button for cosmetics locked away instead of walking to counter to ask for help. Then talked crap about me to a male worker while i was doing self checkout as if I couldn’t hear her. CVS please fire this unwelcoming rude worker.

I want to take a moment to give a heartfelt shout-out to the two incredible pharmacy technicians at my local CVS. These remarkable women, who proudly wear their head coverings, are not only beautifully educated professionals but also embody the essence of Black Girl Magic. Working in a high-stress environment, they consistently display an unwavering commitment to their roles, never letting frustration or exhaustion show. Their authenticity and dedication to customer service truly defy stereotypes.
Even though I’ve moved about 20 miles away from this CVS, I still find myself returning, thanks to these two queens and their phenomenal service. I also want to acknowledge the tall bald manager, whose infectious grin and constant energy create a welcoming atmosphere. He is always eager to assist, making every visit a pleasure.
Additionally, Kris, who tirelessly stocks and organizes the shelves, greets us with a genuine smile, demonstrating her commitment even in the midst of her demanding tasks. Another manager, although stationed at the 86th and Ditch location, filled in here and showcased outstanding professionalism and a warm demeanor, always willing to go the extra mile for the CVS brand.
I'm proud to say that this team has made me a loyal patron, and I can't express enough how much I appreciate their hard work and dedication. Thank you for setting such a high standard in customer service!

Waited with my young daughter to get a script filled. The girl with the long curly dark hair was answering calls and she complained about every single call once she hung up. I thought it was incredibly rude that she would behave this way in front of customers. Other employees just ignored her but I felt bad for them- it must be a terrible environment to work with someone who complains non stop.

Days ago I came in for my scheduled appointment and the doctor turned me away because they aren't in my network. I'm currently on crutches with a torn meniscus and the effort to simply get in the store made me almost pass out. I was literally in tears when I explained to the doctor that I could barely breathe. I begged her to help me figure out how to get treatment right then and she just shrugged and let me walk out by myself without offering any other help and without returning my ID card. By the time I got to the ER I had a fever of 102 and was pretty delirious. I have been trying to get my ID card located for 3 days and no one at CVS could help. I finally had the strength to get back to the store today. It turns out I have influenza A, I'm very lethargic and couldn't walk all the way back to the clinic so I asked the old lady cashier at the front to call someone and bring it up for me. She laughed at me and told me there was nothing they could do, I would have to go back and just wait until the doctor came out. I got all the way back there and another employee showed up, went right into the pharmacy and got my ID for me, without having to bother or wait on the doctor at all. Clearly they could've brought it to me at the front, the old lady at the front just didn't want to do it.
Edit: Called to talk to the manager about the experience I had and she literally laughed in the background with the same employee and told me I shouldnt be complaining because I got my ID back in the end anyway. At least now I know where the employees get their rudeness from. For anyone else in a similar situation just call 1-800-746-7287 directly. They were much more understanding and connected me to the district manager instead.

Not sure why the older gentleman (cashier) felt the need to comment on my shaved head “I like your hair” with a thumbs up.

This place is a joke! What is the point of going in with a bad case of indigestion and NOT GET ANY HELP from the lady who i asked!!??
I ended up buying some of these and already i feel some relief.
She should be fired as far as I'm concerned.

Older pharmacist with middle eastern accent is extremely rude and not patient oriented. I was supposed to pick up four prescriptions and had even received a confirmation text, upon arrival she aggressively demanded my information, gave me one of the four prescriptions, and was extremely rude when i questioned about the other three. She stated “not my problem. we close at 5”.
