Went in for a pair of earbuds, was prepared to pay the 22.49, but, when I checked out ( with extra care rewards card ) they were on sale for like 8.00
That was pleasantly surprising. Staff member was super friendly and attentive. While helping multiple people. She deserves a five ⭐ rating for that alone. I'll be back to shop

Do not recommend this pharmacy location to fill prescriptions at again, I work at CVS myself back in the pharmacy and the pharmacist I dealt with today does not listen well and brushes you off. I tried to tell him to put it through a certain discount card bc my husband doesn't have insurance and he copes a little attitude and I even tried to explain to him on how to even put it in...I knew I should of went to my pharmacy but this location was closer and my husband was having a allergic reaction so he needed his meds stat and what should of tooken less than 5 minutes to fill and verify, tooken him way longer. It's finding the meds, take a simple picture of something that didn't even need counted, and then to verify from a pharmacist...I'd rather drive a little farther out to get better service from my CVS that I work at.

Recent staff changes have made it worse . I used to defend this place when others would trash it on Irvington neighbors place. Yes, there was trash in the parking lot, but the employees inside made it pleasant. The pharmacist was an older Caucasian man with white hair. There was one very kind employee named Ruth. Other employees there were also kind. I go there so often they knew me by my first name. Now, there’s someone working there who is just rude and condescending for no reason. Probably puts the other remaining employees on edge as well. Don’t know if the person is pharmacist, pharmacy, manager, or technician. Doesn’t matter, there’s no need for this. Had a huge snafu when my vet called a medication into the pharmacy at Washington and mid Hoffer instead. staff member kept repeating. “ no there’s no prescription here. . The last one was January and it expired.” I kept “no the vet called it into the wrong place, I spoke to pharmacist at Washington Square. They said they had accessed both systems and it should be ready at Washington and Sherman.” at one point this staff member said “YOU called the wrong pharmacy.” I kept asking if they could contact Cvs at Washington Square or Washington Mitthoffer to find it. Because if I called again I d just get voicemail. The staff member finally just ignored me without saying anything more. So I sat down and called CVS Washington Square. They were so helpful. They found it under my dogs name and my sons last name. Both of which I had repeated to this CVS here at Sherman. The kind pharmacist at Washington Square pulled up the prescription number so I could show it to Washington Sherman. He said “yes it’s ready and waiting at Sherman” Went back with the prescription number and sure enough there it was at Sherman. Yes, it was a bit of an issue to find it . But the main issue was that this employee at Sherman didn’t give a crap if I got my dogs medicine or not. They didn’t want to try contacting another pharmacy or looking for it under my son’s name. So interesting that Washington Square pharmacist solved the problem between two other CVSs. Really kind and helpful. The way previous employees were at this place. As I left , I remembered another incident where this employee said “You said in you voicemail you’d call the doctor “ Well, I had also asked CVS to call. It’s not like I work for CVS lol. I have too many monthly prescriptions to tolerate this finger pointing condescension. I hope this pharmacy makes some changes. It used to be a pleasant experience coming here.

The CVS location was very helpful. And they had extended hours of service. They also offered FedEx and UPS shipments as long as you had a label and the product was in the box

The male pharmacist at this location, I believe his name is Adam but I'm not sure. He has worked there for years and is always so polite and helpful. He goes the extra mile to ensure that all customers have been helped and their questions have been answered. He will even help you with finding the best over the counter cough syrup for someone that has heart disease and that you get it for the best price possible. I came there last week and even though the pharmacy was closed, he still looked to see if my partners medicine had been filled and could be picked up because it was an antibiotic and he said it was important that he start taking it ASAP. This man deserves a raise and some praise!! Even when the pharmacy is super busy he always does his best to make sure everyone is helped and is very polite.

Marcia in the pharmacy is a delight. Actually, most of the people who work in the pharmacy have been wonderful to me. However, Marcia gave me two shots today and she was so gentle that I barely felt them. The pharmacy was pretty busy-I feel like it always is-but I watched Marcia give her full attention to each customer with whom she interacted, while still not lingering so that others had to wait an excessive amount of time.I’ve haven’t always had great experiences at this CVS, or really any CVS-I’ll get a notification that my medication is ready, and when I come to pick it up, it definitely is not…. And other normal frustrations with pharmacies, but the staff at this specific CVS in the pharmacy have been very kind when I’ve been there.

If you ever have a serious injury/surgery, do not send your medication to this location. They’re hardly ever staffed and they have a deep lust for closing their pharmacy way before normal hours say on the website. What good is a pharmacy that’s only open when it wants to be? And completely ignores the hours listed online?
