This is a great CVS store, it is clean, well stocked, current with the seasonal items and starting to transition to the next season already. The people are friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend this CVS located at 6010 S. Emerson in Indianapolis!

Terrible customer service. When. I asked if they price matched products (i.e. same product at Meijer for a lower price but it was out of stock) she acted disgusted and annoyed that I asked. The attitude was prevalent. Disappointed because they are not what they used to be in terms of customer service.

This is a wonderful CVS with caring staff.
The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful!
I switched to the CVS after being with another one for many, many years.

Pharmacist J Waraitch is awesome! Switched to this pharmacy after one too many bad experiences elsewhere. The staff is always friendly, and proactive about letting you know what your insurance does and does not cover, and also will call your doctor for you if your Rx expires. I haven't had any negative experiences so far, and I started using them about a year ago.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this CVS 6010 makes me sad, the customer service is so bad. I’ve used this location for 6 years but approximately the past 6 months to year the customer service has been extremely bad. I’ve had issues with the pharmacy not being open, not having the medication in stock. I’ve went in twice to pick up a photo album and there was no one at the register to wait on me. After waiting for like 5 minutes, I had to ask the pharmacy to check me out. 9/1/24 4pm I waited to check out, the pharmacy was closed, so I walked around the store looking for help I didn’t find anyone. The individual finally showed up, he was in no hurry. He had NO customer service skills. This location has no management, unfortunately I wouldn’t be surprised if this location closes.

I was in a bad accident and waited on the phone for 2 hours to speak to someone and needless to say no one ever answered my call. Terrible business!!!!Then I hung up and called the store and I was informed that the pharmacy is closed there is no pharmacist.

This CVS location is the absolute worst out of all the stores in Indianapolis! They are constantly out of medicine and they close early all the time and this causes people to not be able to get the prescription they need!! Bottom line is THEY SUCK!!
