The worst pharmacist and store managers. They forget they work in customer service.

Unbelievable. They’ve had a prescription “sitting there on hold” for 12 days. Their automated system won’t let you talk to a live person unless you give your first born child, and the automated system told me over and over they had no prescription and to contact the doctor. The doctor sent the scrip OBVIOUSLY two weeks ago. CVS STAFF REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE ANY QUESTIONS. They actively ignore any problems or issues I had, then speak over me and interrupt like rude children. CVS, if this isn’t addressed I’ll be switching every prescription my family fills to a competitor.

One of the pharmacists lied about not being able to get my medication in stock. The other told me it's on order & they had a different dose available (my Dr couldn't be bothered to call in a different script so I was at the mercy of the pharmacy getting an order in). Then I hear him badmouthing me in the background over the phone while the tech asked about it. I've never met the guy, I just moved and swapped CVS's and I will now be driving the extra miles back to the old one because of this treatment. I've been on this medication for 20 years, been filling it at CVS most of that time & never had an issue like this. I love being belittled like that simply for asking if my medication arrived in their order that day. Disgusting behavior.

Pharmacy hours constantly changing and now.closes at 7pm. This is early for us working people. I hate the CVS app but am forced to CVS by health insurance.

The employee working in the pharmacy was so friendly and helpful. I had gotten emergency dental work and she was able to get my prescription filled for me in ten minutes. The usual pharmacy I go to was unable to fill it for days. I usually don’t go to this cvs,but I will be returning in the future. Thanks for your service!

I like this store for several reasons but they disappointed me this week. I went in and found every live plant (small Christmas trees, orchids, kalanchoes, etc) were rock hard dry. They obviously had not been watered since they came in. They were dying. I brought it to the attention of three different employees and was dissed each time. I came in daily for three days, mentioning it each time and no one EVER watered them. Today I came in with my own bottle of water and watered the ones I could. I'm not sure how many customers are interested in paying $20 for dead plants but I wouldn't. This is a poor way to care for a living thing.

I believe this location suffers from very poor management from the looks of the store. Outside, the landscaping has been totally neglected for several years. It has become so overgrown that one cannot park near the landscape islands but must park two stall over in order not to scratch the car while getting out. Making matters worse, the landscape islands are full of trash and debris that has been accumulating for months. This is totally unacceptable. Inside, the carpeting looks dirty and the store is always in disarray. I live nearby and it makes me angry when a business comes into my neighborhood and runs it down! I am sure CVS is not so poor that they can't pick up the trash, trim the bushes, and keep the store clean and tidy. There are plenty of other drugstores within a short drive of South Emerson and Edgewood Avenue who are more responsible and would like to have my business. Please clean up your act and become a better citizen!

I come in here all the time and never need to exchange or return anything, I bought my husband and I razors and my husband doesn’t like the brand so I was going to exchange them hoping they could use my phone number to look up my purchase. The woman that helped me flat out said nope, no exchanges without a receipt. I just looked up CVS return/exchange policy and it is allowed. My husband and I will be canceling our monthly memberships here and go elsewhere. I’ve never even seen this employee In the store and I did shop here weekly, but being lied to and treated poorly isn’t something that will keep customers coming back.

Best pharmacy in the area. I've tried to get prescriptions filled at multiple different pharmacies in the area and the team at this cvs has consistently done a good job. I was in a pinch trying to get medicine for my toddler a few months ago and they were the fourth place I tried to get it filled - and the only ones who had it! Besides that, their customer service was phenomenal, kind, and professional. They were also well staffed and efficient. I switched my business to this location and to cvs after such a good experience and have been quite pleased working with them the last six months.

I have been to this CVS location several times. Usually, I would give them a 5 star rating, but this is the first time I have used the drive through. There was a glitch in the computer, and I was at the window for more than 15 minutes when the very nice associate explained what was wrong, and it would be a while longer. I volunteered to pull around, and get to the back of the line, so the 5 cars behind me could be waited on. When I pulled to the window again, it was still not ready, but I didn't have too long to wait. The employees were all nice, and I feel handled the situation well. I also feel like the whole line of cars moved a little slower than at other pharmacies I have been to recently. Overall, I would recommend this location, but I would also recommend going in for what you need if possible.

We have REPEATEDLY waited 30 minutes plus to pick up prescriptions. One would probably assume it’s because the pharmacy staff at the drive thru is goofing off, slow or just don’t care…one would be wrong. The pharmacy staff here is incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The rating is due to CVS’s asinine corporate policy with Covid testing at THE ONE DRIVE THRU LANE AT THIS PHARMACY.I have complained about this previously on the customer service line, with no changes. This ridiculous procedure is creating stress for the pharmacy staff, as well as customers: most customers don’t have 30 plus minutes to wait in line at the drive up. For seniors, we don’t want to enter the store and expose ourselves unnecessarily. There is a very simple solution to this: CVS doesn’t need COVID testing at all drive ups and should only being doing this at the pharmacies that have two drive up lanes. They can designate one lane for scrips and one for COVID testing. We have at least 4-6 CVSs within a five mile radius of our house, if not more. Even if they don’t have pharmacies with two lanes, just designate ONE as the COVID testing site-that way those of us not getting tested can get our scrips at alternate locations. And, in case you’re wondering why we don’t transfer scrips to Meijer: they too are doing COVID testing at their drive ups, so no point in going there. SSDDThis issue has been handled poorly by CVS from the beginning. We will be transferring our scrips away from CVS when this mess is over. Too bad, too: the CVS we go to is literally walking distance from our home.
