I give this store 4 stars only because the employees here are nice and helpful, but the store has limited stock and it doesn’t carry Milani products like other cvs stores. The store is clean and organized, just very little product to pick from compared to other cvs’s.

I received free pictures through my cell phone company. 2 of the prints are missing and they are very grainy. Please be sure to check your pictures before you leave the store .

Had to get some questions answered about my prescriptions before I picked them up before work only to find out you can longer just talk to a human, but you only get to talk to a machine and leave a voice mail. The reason I came to CVS was they didn’t behave like Meijer?? Now I don’t know if I’m going to be able to get my life saving medication before next week. Such a downgrade that really makes me considering going somewhere else.

I ordered pictures of my son for his memorial which was on Saturday the 14 and the pictures were finished sooner than I expected they came out great I also used the coupon and I had rewards on my card and was able to use those with the coupon and got the pictures for way less than I expected them to be and that helped so much because our money is limited so it was great cause I only had to pay a few dollars for the pictures and they came out amazing and they were done so much sooner than I expected they would be so that helped a lot thank you we really appreciate it .

The pharmacy staff are super rude. Stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by the staff. I made eye contact with staff multiple times and was ignored. They continued closing the pharmacy instead of saying anything to me. I received an automated message my prescriptions would be ready for pick up at 7pm and the lady told me that they're automated and that they were closing to move so they can close the doors.

No longer are you able to call and speak to the pharmacy. You have to leave a voice message. It can literally take hours, or in one recent case they never called so I eventually went to the pharmacy in person. They said they were sorry, the system still had "glitches" to work out...which as with most CVS stores usually means human error, or just not providing genuine service. Fortunately, today will be our last CVS script, we are moving to Affordable Pharmacy, which knows what customer service really is

Every single time I come here for a prescription, I am always amazed that the pharmacist broadcasts to the world what you are picking up. When someone is in line or at the drive-through, you can hear everything. I mean, seriously? Where is the sense of privacy for people? It's just flat-out ridiculous that they don't care one bit about confidentiality.
