I've been sitting in the pharmacy drive through for over 10 mins. They have the window covered so you can't see in and they can't see out. However, I have rung the service bell 3 times. Just called the phone number to ask general store manager to tell the pharmacy staff to at least acknowledge that they know we are here. We, meaning there are two other cars awaiting behind me. When did customer service decline to this state. Still waiting...

The pharmacist that was there was very rude…didn’t acknowledge until i said something and when i asked him if he could help to refill a prescription he rolled his eyes and said that i didn’t have any prescription left…that’s fine i can call my provider and ask to refill it but his attitude and no hello how are you, have a good day. He just seemed so bothered and annoyed by me being there. Very rude guys

They have their handicap parking blocked off. The pharmacy counter girl saw me standing at the counter and tried to ignore me. I only go there because it is closest to my house.

I would say change all the staff and put all new staff because I think no one likes their job in cvs right now,everyone is so rude,I came in morning and one short white lady was saying to me hey u are stealing because u are using lotion in the store,I said I am on cash counter and I am going to buy this now,how can u say it's stealing,I am not our from store yet.but instead of let me pay for that she was keep insulting me in front of all customers and she told me to move on side and let me take another customer in line.i found it very disrespectful and I ask her to call manager,and wow she said she is the manager,and doesn't let me talk to the manager, but when I went another day then another lady said she is the manager but this is so strange that I am keep going in same store from last 1 week continue and asking for manager. I found is everyone is lying here,cos everyone is calling their self as manager. How stupid it is . I would change my CVS now stupid and rude staff force me to do that.

This is literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Every person I’ve interacted with here is rude. One of the pharmacists yelled at me once when I pointed out that they were denying access to my scripts by not taking my insurance details through the window. They demanded I come inside to give the info despite having my two very young special needs, one physically handicapped, children with me. I explained I was unable to bring both children in by myself and also be able to have a conversation about my scripts and insurance. You can’t call and speak to anyone - you have to leave a voicemail and wait for them to call you back. Sometimes they don’t. And most recently when I asked why I wasn’t informed that my child’s prescription couldn’t be auto-refilled, I was told in a very condescending way that they don’t control government policies for certain medications and everyone should know what meds can’t be refilled without a call first. The problem is that you never know if they’ll call you back the same day you need the refill! And I’m not in the medical field, how on EARTH should I know what can and can’t be autorefilled??? Don’t talk to me like I’m stupid for not magically knowing something it’s THEIR job to know. Or maybe just stop condescending to your customers in general??? There is not another drive thru pharmacy in my area that takes my kids insurance, or I would go literally anywhere else. I’d give 0 stars if I could. This place is a nightmare.

I have had a wide range of service quality here - good and bad. I have worked customer service so I know all kinds of nonsense happens all day, on top of dealing with stress of being understaffed, but my goodness can the pharmacy staff get so snippy and rude over the littlest thing. We have since switched to a different pharmacy.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this CVS location. I was trying to update my information, and the staff member repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain the situation. Instead of simply linking my existing account, a duplicate account was created, causing even more confusion and wasting my time. The whole process was handled with a complete lack of consideration and basic customer service skills. I strongly recommend going to a different CVS – there are plenty of other options in the area where you'll hopefully be treated with respect. Avoid this location if you can.

I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with the techs and pharmacists ever since switching to this location. Very professional and friendly staff. I’ll continue using this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions! Bonus there is an awesome new coffee shop next door.

The pharmacist and pharmacy there are all incompetent. They do not keep your personal information secure and take no responsibility if something may happen. Please beware if you send your prescription to this location I highly recommend another pharmacy.
