Absolutely terrible service ! Left work early to get my prescription filled get here they tell me it’s not ready mind you I left work an hour early to get here if I didn’t have to ever come back to a cvs I wouldn’t I hate cvs now I’m missing hours of work because they can’t seem to fill a script they have had for 5 days! They don’t care if it’s a medication you take daily because they aren’t the ones taking the medication! Some people rely heavily on the medication I take !

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever seen. The employees are unfriendly. If you need help, they tell you they can't help you. I don't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The woman who works there is very arrogant and angry all the time. When I go, she looks at me like she hates me. The customer service they offer is terrible.

This CVS looks newer—it’s large and clean inside—but it’s severely understaffed, especially in the pharmacy. One of the biggest issues is that they simply don’t answer phone calls, as many other reviews have also pointed out. I waited on hold for 30 minutes before finally driving there, only to find the drive-thru closed.
Inside, I had to stand in a long line, and to make matters worse, I overheard the pharmacist casually mention to a co-worker that he doesn’t answer phone calls. Isn’t that part of the job? The lack of responsiveness and efficiency is incredibly frustrating, especially for people who rely on the pharmacy for important medications.
Would not recommend this location if you need a reliable pharmacy.

Worst cvs I’ve ever visited on several occasions it took longer than a day to fill a script. They are rude they don’t speak they leave you waiting in line until you finally say something to them

10th/arlington 46219 has to be the worst CVS pharmacy hands down. The hours are erratic. I have been here 3 times in one week during “normal pharmacy hours” to find the gate down and a taped note that they are closed early or closed today, etc. it’s a joke! This has happened randomly for months. I even had a prescription transferred to another CVS because of this. I don’t know if all CVS are like this so I think I’ll just switch to Walgreens across the street. Something is seriously wrong with this pharmacy”s inability to keep regular posted hours.

The parking lot is always filled with litter and trash. Store is dirty. Staff is rude. Pharmacy is a joke. Closed on weekends?? But online hours say it’s open? If you call the pharmacy, forget about it…you’re not getting through. May as well close this location because it’s useless.
