Tonight, I had a GOOD experience... FOR ONCE. NO they are not always the fastest. They actually usually SUCK... SORRY CVS... but it's true of this location. Normally, it takes DAYS to get a script filled, but tonight, it was relatively quick. It was maybe a little after 8pm when I came in, they close at 9pm on Friday's. I had an Upper Respiratory Infection, and had 3 scripts called in. I walked in and asked about my scripts, the tech looked them up and started working on them right away. It's like she stopped what she was doing and worked on just mine, to get them done before they closed. Yes, I had to wait just a bit, but she got them done really quick and both her the the pharmacist were REALLY NICE. Its not often that a good review gets to be written about this location, so I wanted to let my story be known. They are REALLY understaffed, so maybe we all need to take that into consideration when we get mad at the long wait times. This location services a HUGE neighborhood, with limited help. Please be kind to them. They are just people like us, doing a job that they probably don't like, for not enough money. Don't make their day harder.

Would give zero stars if possible.Needed seizure meds that were SUPPOSED to be on auto-refill, with multiple refills available. EVERY month when I picked them up, I confirmed they were on auto-refill and was told the next month's supply would be ready on time. EVERY MONTH the meds are at least a week late because "there's no auto-refill on your account."This past month was the last straw. After calling 3 days in a row and being told the medication was still on hold (not insurance or refill issues, I asked), we decided to give it a week to see. I call back 2 weeks after I was SUPPOSED to have the medication, and I was told "I see the request, I can fill it and have it ready for you later today." I asked why it's taken so long and if they've been out of the medication. Her response: "No, we've had your medication in stock. I'm not sure why we wouldn't have filled it, let me look. The only reason we wouldn't have been able to get it would be if there was a hold on your account, but there's no history of you having a hold."I asked her to clarify 3 times.Bottom line: there was no reason the medication needed was delayed for 2 weeks. Not insurance issues, not provider issues, not stock issues, not hold issues. Incompetence cannot describe the issues I've experienced here. I now drive 20 minutes out of the way to visit a Costco pharmacy who filled the prescription the same day I called to ask them to transfer the account over.Do not waste your time, especially if you rely on necessary daily medication.

If I could give them a ZERO that would be great. They told me my insurance would not cover my medication.I called my insurance to check and they said it should be covered. My insurance agent even tried to call and speak with someone. After being on hold for quite sometime she said they told her the line was extremely long inside, to call back in an hour, and hung up on her. The pharmacist that I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. He definitely should NOT have a job anywhere that he has to work with other people. Another employee walked up (the one my insurance company spoke to, the female who hung up earlier) and told him that my insurance agent hung up on her. I said no, she hung up on my insurance agent and he told me to quit telling the story because it was not accurate nor true. Of course he believed the other rude employee. Sounds like they need to fire everyone who works in the pharmacy. I would NEVER recommend this pharmacy to anyone, ever.

The pharmacist was rude and unprofessional. I called ahead to ensure my asthma medication would be filled today, I was told it would be ready by 5:30. I never received a text that I could come pick it up but since I had verbal verification that it would be ready, I went anyway. When I asked about my prescription the pharmacist told me they close soon and made it very obvious he didn’t want to fill my meds. I explained that I called ahead and that I physically need those to live (I promise I’m not being dramatic, asthma is no joke). Once he begrudgingly filled my order, he made remarks on how expensive it was. As if I have any control over the price or the fact that I can not go a day without them?I will NOT be returning. Stick to the CVS off 10th near Kroger.

The store looks like a newer one as it’s large and clean inside. But they are severely understaffed—specifically the pharmacy. The pharmacy also does not answer phone calls, as you can see in all these comments. I waited 30 mins on the phone until I decided to drive there. I go to the drive through and the drive through is closed so I go inside to stand in a long line. I even heard the pharmacist make a comment to a co-worker about how he doesn’t answer phone calls. Isn’t that part of you job duties?

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in history. I was just told that I could NOT drop off my prescription because he is not accepting anymore prescription fills today!!!! Like it’s not even noon and I have had my prescriptions filled here for over a year!!! This is ridiculous

We’ve had many issues with this pharmacy. The biggest most recently is I’ve called them multiple times and NEVER talked to an actual human. I’ve waited on hold every time for over a half an hour, once I was hung up on. In contrast, George’s pharmacy picks up the phone immediately and had my prescription ready promptly in four hours. I will now be taking my business there.

Pharmacy is a mess. I went to pick up my prescription early morning, and they told me it wouldn’t be ready until 1:30pm. Which is perfectly fine. I go back at around 5ish, because I’m relying on rides considering the problem I’m having is with my eyes & eyesight. They told me that it’d be another 15 minutes. Annoying, but still fine. They call me back up 15 minutes later and tell me they don’t have it in stock and no cvs within a 20 mile radius does so I’d have to call my doctor. My doctor is now closed so that’s not an option. If they would’ve told me this when I first came, I would’ve been able to call my doctor. Not to mention they had acted like it’d be ready in just 15 minutes. Even as much of a mess all this is, I could get over it without posting a review. My biggest problem is the fact that when my doctor called them, they tried to make me look stupid saying they sent a text saying it was out of stock and asked “well did she not read that?”. NO TEXT WAS SENT. Why would I be told to wait another 15 minutes if a text was actually sent???
