Horrible, next stop, Walgreens. Called to save gas, being a drive, asked about putting photos on cd, after 2nd call was told 'Yes'.Drove there, found out they Do NO'T do...#2,phone calls go into Pharmacy, trying to get RECORDING into store, Uck!!

I don’t like that fact that pharmacy allows people to wait in the drive thru as they wait for there prescription. It’s called drive thru for a reason drop off and pick up and not sit and wait. I should not have to get out my car if I don’t want to. What’s the purpose of having a drive thru if u are allowed to WAIT. People don’t have time wait WE WANT TO PICKUP AND GO

I called to see if they had an item available the person that answered the phone didn't even know how to comprehend she said I don't know what that is I asked her did they have it available then she hung up in my face they are very rude and unprofessional comprehension is key

Ordered photos online went to pick them up and they were printed on the wrong type of paper. I ordered photos from the same place a month ago and the same thing happened. I thought in 30 days they would have time to order and receive glossy paper. It is the most requested paper in photography. But either their manager doesn't have a clue or worse just doesn't care about his customers. I gave them a 4 star rate because the lady helping me does care about the customer. If this person isn't the Assistant Manager, she should be, if she is the Assistant Manager she should be promoted because the Manager there has no skills dealing with customers and from my experience dealing with him he doesn't care about the customer or he would have ordered the correct paper. A month ago when waiting for the Manager to come to the checkout desk the lady at the counter said I was the third person in two days that rejected their photos because of the wrong paper. So does he not care about the customer or has no clue how to order glossy paper. I know he knows what glossy paper because I took the time to teach him the diffent types of paper. And wear a collar shirt a gray graphic T-shirt shouldn't be worn during work hours it is disrespectful.

The staff was overwhelmed. There was a constant line of 5-6 people and another line for those waiting on vaccinations. The aisles were full of stock. The vaccination area was filthy. Had I not waited 2 and 1/2 hours with my 90 something year old parents We would have left. The area was filled with boxes and a cart full of items. There was barely enough room for the associate and my parents. The trash was overflowing. It was not clean. It would seem under those conditions that the staff would be even more pleasant. Sadly this wasn’t the case.

Pharmacy is incredibly slow to respond to holds and takes longer than other locations to order medication. They frequently do not contact you to let you know medication is ready and you have to reach out yourself and deal with a 15-45 minute hold to determine if your prescription is filled.

called 3 times to find out if they have children's vaxes and each time i was hung up on after being on hold for 30 minutes.

Drove all the way to this location from Avon, because it was the only location with my prescription in stock, and when I went to use a GoodRx code that I’ve used at my usual CVS in Avon without any delays or issues, and with it being instantly used, I instead was told that it would take at least a half hour to re-bill the prescription. So, in addition to having to go considerably out of my way, I also have to either wait a half hour in an area I have no other business in, or come back another day.What an absolute joke. The entire point of GoodRx coupons are that they’re fixed prices. There is nothing to bill insurance because it can’t be combined.

This CVS is my go to pharmacy, I like the customer service and the way is being taking care of. I can find what ever I’m looking for and if I cannot find it I can easily ask one of the employees and they are there to assist.

I wanted to speak with someone at the store to see if they had metal grips for Ace wraps. It was impossible to get a live person. The auto recording only helps if you have a question about COVID testing which I did not. I don't want to waste my time and gas to drive to a store if they don't have what I'm looking for.
