Got here 30 MINUTES before closing to the outside drive through closed bc they were cold???? What about us disabled people WHO CANT GET OUT OF THEIR CAR?! This location constantly closes the pharmacy early Greatly inconveniencing everyone who can only get here closer to closing time
Update: 8/26/25
The pharmacy is HORRIBLE. Everyone has awful attitudes every single time I'm here. They refuse to be accommodating in any way shape or form. Choose somewhere else for your needs if you value a good customer experience.
Note: Store team is amazing. It's just the pharmacy who is always nasty and rude for no reason to everyone.

Horrible place. They need to just shut this location down or get new staff. Every time I come here they are randomly closed during business hours. The drive thru is never open and running and I’m usually very ill and can’t go inside to get my meds. They are rude and never answer the phone told me to come inside to get my medicine while I have walking pneumonia! This is the closed pharmacy to my house but I’m about to start driving further away because this place is horrible!!!

Pleasant experience at this cvs! New cashier, Josie, was very kind and helpful and her kindness and smile made my experience much better! Will be back to this one if I need to run errands!

The pharmacy at this location is horrible all of the staff should be fired for being rude and not professional in any way shape or form, my wife called in her prescription at 8:30 in the mourning although it said it was ready for pick up two days prior and to make it short she went to get her prescription around 5 in the afternoon and it was still not ready, it’s like this every month even getting our children’s medication this is ridiculous and for the staff to be very rude about it each and every time with no empathy or compassion for the people who are upset and need there medication this is unacceptable and something should and NEEDS to be done about this. As my wife expressed her concerns and finally gets upset over the situation they have the nerve to tell her she needs to leave before they call security. Now the side of me that shouldn’t be put on here, if I was not at work they would have definitely had to acquire security to come and remove me from your establishment and I promise you it would have been a very very big situation if this was an elderly person needing their insulin or some dire need medication what are they to do continue to put up with this each and every month, the disrespect and rudeness from the staff, I will not put up with it no longer we will no longer be filling our prescriptions nor buying any other products from any CVS period and Lord forgive me for saying this, I hope CVS completely goes under and has to file bankruptcy. This is not the only CVS that acts like this and everyone staff wise that works in the pharmacy should be ashamed of yourself. How would you feel if this was your mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, son, or daughter, you would be very unpleasant with this situation.

Unfortunately this is the closest CVS to us. Customer service is horrible, takes them 2-3 days to fill and have prescriptions ready, and nobody at the pharmacy ever has any idea what is going on! The pharmacy hours are always differing from what is shown on Google so when you think you're good to go in and pick up, they are closed. AVIOD

after going to this location, I have transferred all of my medications and my families to another company. This place needs condemned and closed!
Drive through always closed due to "short staff" of 5 people working inside the pharmacy. they don't answer phone calls or call you back which means your only option is to go in and wait. People who are handicapped having to drag themselves in and wait for service is ridiculous in this modern age.

They don't answer the phone when called the staff is rude and very Prejudiced when you go into the store you have to go on a man hunt to find an employee for absolutely anything not to mention that they even lock up the hand soap and body wash

This is the worst pharmacy today I went in and the line is always long and takes forever. Noticed my meds were way higher price then normal asked them if they billed it to my insurance and they didn't they just used a discount prescription card. Why would you not bill my insurance I have been going there for a while so I am not new they have my insurance on file. Was asked to step aside so they can bill it right. Then was asked to go to the back of the very long line. Then a month ago I need a pre authorization for a medication my doctor tried to call 4 times and got hung up on every time. Then they once billed my insurance for three months of a medication. But only gave me one weeks worth. They always say it's due to be shorted staffed but I saw at least 6 people back there working. They are not getting better they are getting worse! This store is a joke!

I usually get food service if it’s one of two girls. But there’s one chick that works there that needs to quit. She is always hateful towards everyone. You work in a customer service field and people dealing with insurance scripts doctors and all sorts of aggravating things. No reason to automatically be rude to everyone.
