I don't like that I can't talk to someone on the phone. I leave messages and no one calls or messages back. I will probably move elsewhere because of this issue.

Poor Customer Service
The employees moved at their own pace with no sense of urgency or concern for customers waiting. It was clear that customer service was not a priority. I shouldn’t have to stand around while staff ignore customers or act inconvenienced when asked for help.
I expect better from CVS. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand. Please address this issue immediately so other customers don’t have the same experience.

This place is terrible at service. I’ve waited 30 minutes I’ve waited an hour to get one prescription. Do not use if you can avoid this place.

the SLOWEST pharmacy. expect at least a 30 minute wait to pick up a prescription even though you’ve received a text saying it’s ready.

The CVS pharmacy and store at 86th and Ditch Road meets all of my healthcare and household needs. They are cheerful, efficient, kind and friendly. I truly enjoy my frequent visits there!

They text me with a vague message that the pharmacist needs to speak to me. This is regarding the same script they've filled many many times. When I call I get the ridiculous automated system that has no option to speak to someone, only to leave a message for a callback. So I do that, I get a call back two mins later and no one says anything on the other end. Hang up, call the number back, same just dead silence. What are you doing CVS?! Stop giving me pointless extra tasks. Just call me! So tired of these giant corporations putting zero effort into customer service.

Do not use this store to fill your prescription. It is the slowest store I’ve had to use and I mean by a very large margin. Fine for everything else.

On a weekday evening I had to take my young son to the urgent care. He was diagnosed with an ear infection, and I asked for his prescription to be sent somewhere that I could pick up it up that evening to start his doses ASAP. Urgent Care suggested this location, and I'm glad they did. The prescription was ready for me by the time I arrived, which allowed me to get my son in bed only an hour after his normal bedtime. This was vital for my sick little boy. I greatly appreciated the promptness and kindness the individuals working in the pharmacy showed!

I just left and I’m not happy with the “service”. My experience was so bad that I will be moving my prescriptions to a pharmacy closer to my office so that I will never have to step foot in there again. Please do better.

Do not fill your medications at this cvs!!! They have a pharmacist working there named Chelsea shi that shouldn’t be trusted with anyone’s medications and I would definitely recommend choosing any other cvs location over this one rather than take the risk with your medication even if it is a less convenient location.
